Navira arrived at Filippo's mansion.
The security guards gave her a once over, wondering if they should let her in or not.
Their boss never said anything against not letting her in so they pushed the gates open, gave her a curt bow as she stepped through the gates without acknowledging them.
Stepping inside the mansion, Navira glanced around, searching for a servant.
She sighted one carrying a few cleaning tools. She waved at the girl, quickly stopping her in her tracks.
"Where's Filippo?" Navira questioned.
The girl looked her up and down, deeply wondering what she was doing there but she didn't dare question unless she wanted to be fired.
"He's in his room," she replied meekly.
Navira turned on her heels and walked away while the servant stared at her back until she disappeared.
Navira knew she wasn't supposed to be there, especially after Filippo kicked her out. But she had no choice.
She needed him to protect her for when Delfina would strike.
