Navira was at the Delamonte mansion, watching a movie.
After what had been happening for the past few days, all she wanted to do that evening was watch a movie and wait for the good news she was going to get in a few minutes.
She checked the time on her phone. It was already past 5pm. The guy she gave the job to should have already contacted her to deliver the good news.
Navira felt uneasy. This was her only option to get rid of Delfina. If the guy failed, then she was in big trouble.
Gael had already abandoned her, and she couldn't imagine getting into another trouble she couldn't handle by herself anymore.
A few minutes passed and yet, she didn't get the call or even a text from the man she sent on the job.
She was starting to worry now. All her attempts in dealing with Delfina always backfired. If this one did, then it was over for her. There was nothing she could do about it.
