Su Ying was channeling her Qi through him to check the cause of his body's reaction to being stabbed and why he was so weak. She suddenly felt a surge of energy and was pushed back by a force of Arceus energy.
"What happened?", asked Zhi'an with a confused look on his face, "Arceus' body is protecting him against outside interference. I can't heal his wounds", explained Su Ying as she tried to stabilize her Qi after being attacked by Arceus Qi.
As everyone in the room was unsettled by the reaction of Arceus' body, Shangyu entered the room, "Greetings, your majesty.", said Shangyu as he stood before everyone, "What is it, Prince Bai'an?", asked Zhi'an sternly as if he felt guilty. "My father has been showing signs of weakness since I awakened, he told me not to say anything. But I believe it has to do with 'Celestial Alignment'." Explained Shangyu as he looked over his father's weakened body.
"What is that?" asked Zhi'an. "The Celestial Alignment is a divine event that occurs every 5 million years during the divine winter solstice, where the light within creation dims for a short period of time", explained Shangyu. "Oh, I see. The divine winter solstice?", said Su Ying, with a confused look.
"The Divine Winter Solstice is a season that happens every few million years, that brings divine cold across creation, which is considered the winter season for the divine", explained Shangyu further.
Suddenly, a huge amount of Cold Qi exited Arceus' body, blasting everyone back. It was so powerful that the guards inside turned into pure ice statues. The surge of energy was extremely dangerous; it had the power to cover the entire city in a cold storm that freezes everything in its path.
"Everyone, contain the Cold Qi", commanded Zhi'an as he tried to contain the Qi, after getting up from the blast. "Yes!", shouted everyone, and together they tried to contain the Cold Qi.
"I'll try to use my Phoenix Flame to contain it to my father's body", said Shangyu as he gathered his Qi and directed it towards Arceus' body. As everyone tried to slowly contain the Qi, Shangyu used
"What is that technique?" asked one Su Ying, curiously.
"The Intimate Flames. This technique allows me to emit flames that act as a blanket that covers the target and comforts their body right through to their soul. This technique can only be used by the Phoenix clan, but it is extremely difficult to master", explained Shangyu, as he tried to converge his Flame Qi onto Arceus' Cold Qi.
As they continued to suppress the Cold Qi, Shangyu was finally able to gather everything completely and seal Arceus' body in place,
"What are you doing? You're sealing him", said Su Ying, concerned. "He's not sealing him, he's simply sealing his body in place", said Zhi'an reassuring Su Ying.
"Butsuri Teki Fuuin is a seal that is placed on the body of the target to immobilize the body and stop it from gathering Natural Qi, physically disconnecting it from the world", explained Shangyu, sternly.
"Good, that should do it", said Shangyu as he finished off the seal, "Summon the Seventh Warlord", commanded Zhi'an with a sense of despair in his voice and looking at his brother with a guilty look.

As Xi Yuan comforted him, Chong'Yi was secretly eavesdropping on them and saw them and Xi Yuan comforting Zhinu. She felt a sense of rage and jealousy over her, but she restrained herself and flashed off.
