When James reaches Bridge he was shock to see Junius 7 which was full of life just before he left had turned in to debris looking at this he knew that this will intensify and very fast . Also the energy crisis predicted by Alex because of the plants wish to neutralize the nuclear force will certainly happen as plants can't put anymore civilians at risk and has to respond to this tragedy. Just then the captain receives news their ship is being surrounded by GINN's and send a universal communication saying that their ship is private company vessel and more than half of them are coordinator and are not part of earth alliance even daring to dock at a military base as the secondary damage from the battle had even damaged the ship. Perhaps they thought of the coordinator compatriots on board or they thought that attacking a private vessel even though it is a battleship was not good. Anyway they didn't attack but asked the ship to dock at military dock capable of housing it and were monitoring that non of the weapons were active.
A few mins before
Just as Alex, James and Lenore left in the shuttle with all the people they bought. The Maws too were done with all the preparations even the Maw that was hacking the monitoring feed put the monitoring on loop and also secretly opening the private dock hatch and returned to the shuttle and once all Maw's where in the shuttle and activated the Maw responsible for flight control and future communication it verified the details once such as if all Maws in its record are here or not and if the Pseudo GN drive is connected and then activated the thrusters with low speed while also activating the GN camouflage device and left the dock just before Junius 7 fell and took off towards Jupiter after descending the plant colonial space.
Present Nelson class ship's Bridge
After agreeing to dock at the military base the captain cut off communication and followed the flight path he was given. Just then Alex bought Lenore to the bridge with him saying to see what happened.
Lenore asks " Mister Ashford what happened just now did the earth forces attack the ship ? is everything alright ?"
James responds " Miss Zala, the earth alliance didn't attack the ship but it is much more bad . So i hope you steel your heart. As the situation much worse. "
Lenore asked " What could be much worse? "
James responds " The earth alliance has just Nuked Junius 7 and the turbulence we felt was from when the debris had hit the ship we are now docking at a ZAFT military dock so to not cause unnecessary misunderstanding because our vessel is bought from Earth alliance military. "
Lenore was very shocked and also saddened to know about the situation of Junius 7 and couldn't accept the fact that earth alliance actually used nukes on the colony James saw that she need some rest so he asked a female member of crew to escort her to the living quarters after which James talked to the captain about who Lenora is and how she is here to talk about cooperation and told the captain to contact ZAFT inform them that the captain only learn this and contacted immediately so they can contact Patrick Zala of Plants supreme council.
The Captain Named Edward William then had the comms officer call again and when connected he said to ZAFT officer how his boss who had come to negotiate cooperation with plants because of battle had moved the negotiations to the battleship and the person representing the plants was Lenora who is the wife of a member of plant supreme council and how he wanted to notify her safety to Patrick Zala so he could arrange for someone to take her home and also inform of her saddened and shocked state so they can have some female employs to be with her until she is arranged to be sent back home.
In plant's capital Aprilius One Patrick Zala's office
In his office Patrick Zala who had just received the news of Junius 7 being nuked was heartbroken and very angry but as chairman of national defense committee he could not leave now and had ensure the safety of plants and order his people to intensify the patrols to ensure the safety of the other colonies while send more people to ensure the one that attacked don't escape as he want give an explanation to the more than 200,000 souls that were lost in the attack and also to avenge his wife . while he was commanding the force and arranging thing he received a call from one of the officers and received the news about how his wife has luckily survived and the current state of her situation as stated by Edward. When Patrick received the news he final felt a little relieved despite the exhaustion of his work had called an officer to arrange for a some female officer to escort his wife and also the Ashford's while providing repair and other help necessary for their ship. Then he called Athrun to inform him to go to the dock which will receive Lenore and also to stay with so she can feel at ease.
After few hour when he finally arranged for all the thing in the defense committee Patrick finally had sometime and decided to visit his home .
At Zala mansion
Lenore said " Athrun dear you don't need to always stay with me i am fine now even though i am sad about my colleagues and the civilians who are gone . You don't need to keep worrying about your mom so much ."
Athrun said " Mom i almost lost you even if you say your are fine . I am still worried if not for Uncle James who came for business and took you to their ship to avoid the battle i might have never seen you again ."
Lenore said " It's alright dear now I am fine aren't I. Beside how the are Mister Ashford and his son doing ?"
Just then Patrick Zala who finally had sometime and had come home entered the room spoke " Lenore thank god your are fine and Athrun you should call Mister Ashford and his son here as i should properly thank them for saving your Mother ."
Athrun goes out to find the find Ashford's and bring them to meet his father .
Patrick said " Mister Thank you very much for saving the life of my wife. i can't put a value to your life saving favor . But i will do my best to help you in providing what ever convenience i can provide you in your business with the plants."
James said " It's nothing at all and i didn't specifically save Miss Zala . We just left because i didn't my son to be in any danger again . As for the cooperation i suppose i should tell you why i originally wanted to cooperate although that might become difficult and even near impossible with the war escalating after this. Originally after the blue cosmos attacked my son nearly four years ago which almost cost him his life . I realized there was no safe place on earth for my son but i am reluctant to send him of to plants so i decided to make colony far away from earth so that i can provide for my son with a safe place away from all this discrimination. i even went as far as to have all the products my companies didn't put out in public before to increase my capital so as to make it possible to have a private colony of our own and i am also sure it will occupied by many of my company employees who are in a similar situation or those who don't have prejudice against coordinator."
Patrick said " I am really surprised by your idea of having a private colony by yourselves you should no that even in plants where the technology to make colonies is mature it is difficult to have a private colony with the capital of one person. But if you can find the capital and materials for the colony i will ensure the process of construction along with the maintenance machines that the plants can provide are available to you at least cost or even at cost price as thank you for saving my wife."
James said " Thank you Mister Patrick i will arrange for the payments in money or food in case you need food supplies after the earth alliance's ban of food export to plants."
Patrick said " If you can provide food that will truly be very helpful and even make it easier for me to provide to the colony making service and other colony facilities sales to you."
James said " Then thank you very much i will provide the food through my orb based subsidiary . i will look for a large resource asteroid as base for my colony and and contact you when we begin the construction."
