After spending the last two days with the children James and the others took their families to the Iron maiden and left the dock of Heliopolis and just as they let the dock they ran into an EA Marseille III class transport ship which they knew to be carrying the G pilots.
In the near by asteroid belt In the Nazca class destroyer Fredrik Ades let out a sigh and thought good thing the Ashford family is leaving or else if all the family members of the Ashford family died because of any accident with operation plan the Commander has come up with then it will be very difficult to explain to Defence counsil chairman as the boy Alex let's just hope he runs to a shelter fast enough.
Rau Le Creuset who noticed the sigh asked Ades " What is it Ades why are you sighing ?"
Ades replied " Nothing Commander I was just worried the Ashford family might be implicated in the attack. Now that they left I just relieved. "
Creuset said " Ades we don't have luxury of worrying about others I have a feeling that if we don't capture or destroy these EA MS we will pay dearly with lifes later."
Ades listened to Creuset and continued to command the Vesalius observing time to start the decoy operations to provide cover for the raid team . As the ZAFT Battleships neared the Heliopolis Colony they received repeated communications against their actions but Ades and others ignored the communications and started deployment of the GINN's .
On the otherside
In the Iron maiden William was having a headache it would have been fine if the ZAFT attacked after sometime when they have left Now if they leave and and come back it will look deliberate. But if they stayed here he was sure when Emma , Anna , Jenny and Serena are surely going to see what happens and we will have a earful with him and the others so he could only look at James for directions who just shook his head saying there was nothing they could do now.
James said " Inform the ZAFT ships that we will not involve ourselves in their battle but stay here till it is over and leave after taking our sons out of here from the shelters. After that move away from this place to show we will not be involved with the war. "
James thought although Alex will be involved as long as we don't openly participate no one will bring up the involvement of a coordinator in this as EA will definitely not want people to know that the MS they designed to defeat the coordinators are actually more efficient in their hands. Where as the ZAFT military or rather the hardliner will not say anything about the G weapons weakness while highlighting it's threat so that they can increase their assault against the EA.
Meanwhile inside Heliopolis
Alex who had sent of his family along with his first went to the Moebius zero stored warehouse to ensure it is fully armed and ready and then went to the secret warehouse storing the 2nd Aegis. Just as Alex and others reached the Aegis warehouse the entire ground shook and they heard sounds of explosions.
Alex asked Arthur and the others to check the remote signals from the Maw's to see if they reached their destinations and are downloading the data secretly. Luckily the Maw's had successfully gotten the data and retreated to container meant for their retrieval Even the Maw carrying the GN capacitor successfully returned to the container with leaving any information leaks about the GN technology now the only one missing is the strikes data which Alex was observing as the Maw's navigated the factory to steal the data just as in the anime in his first life only thing different is that Rusty Mackenzie was lucky in the fact that a Maw got in the way of the bullet that killed him originally but he was still knocked unconscious by the Maw's exploding battery Athrun thinking Rusty died released his anger as in the anime and charged at Murrue Ramius only to freeze after seeing kira during this time the Maw successfully got the strike's data while some more got the data for strike's backpack's from their containers.
Alex after seeing this got into the Aegis and started to make adjustments to the os and quickly completed it.
Alex had the others go to look for the Astray's while avoiding the battlefield lucky this warehouse was far enough but for an MS such as Aegis it is short acceleration to reach the battlefield.
Alex said " well I always wanted to say try this so let's start " " Aegis Gundam TrueBlue launching "
Soon the Activated Aegis PS armor turned to Blue because of the color settings he had adjusted it tore through the ceiling and transformed into MA mode instantly and accelerated to the battlefield where there were 2 GINN'S one preparing to leave while other was going towards the main factory.
Seeing the approaching Aegis the ZAFT raid members were shocked but their reactions were swift though currently they don't know that the approaching MA form Aegis is actually a transformable MS. They still attacked it treating it as EA MA the 76 mm heavy assault machine guns of both the GINN's were aimed and fired at it which was all evaded by Alex.
Just at this movement the original Aegis tore through the ceiling of the factory standing up only to see this situation although Athrun hasn't completed the os adjustments or parameter settings he has seen the functions of the Aegis so he was very shocked that there was an Extra Aegis which was supposed to be a prototype and also by the fact that it is more complete than his and by the fact that the commander's information was inaccurate. But he still acted fast
Athrun said " Guys watch out that is not a MA but the EA latest transformable MS it is the same Model as the one I am on. "
Miguel asked " What weren't there supposed to be only 5 New prototypes. How is Rusty did he get the other machine in the factory ? "
Athrun said " Rusty failed the other machine has been boarded by the EA Member . "
Miguel said " OK , we will take care of this you get your Machine back for data gathering. "
Their conversation only took an instant at this time the strike wobbled out of the factory.
Miguel seeing this ordered the other GINN to attack the Aegis TrueBlue while he attacked the strike. Murrue seeing the GINN attack with its GINN sword activated the PS armor.
Athrun said " Miguel all of the new machines are equipped with a system known as Phase Shift (PS) armor once activated they are immune to all Physical attacks ."
Miguel said " OK I got it but you should leave now before the other one which hasn't attacked starts to target you. "
Just as Miguel was advising Athrun to leave Alex flying over decided he has given enough time for ZAFT to target the Strike and him so he flew to the other GINN and transformed into MS and stood there acting cool as if he didn't take the GINN seriously. The GINN pilot still knowing physical attacks are useless still attacked with his 76 mm Machine gun wanting to see if the Aegis energy can outlast his Gun.
Alex seeing this acted as if he had not seen anything and was observing the awakening of Strike in kira yamato's Hand. While stabilizing the Aegis when ever it is shot and pushed back. Over at the Strike's side with Kira's piloting the fight was over in an instant and Miguel GINN was disabled but kira not having ever fought was caught in the GINN's self destruction. Seeing this Alex also picked up his high energy beam rifle and shot at the arms of the GINN and disabled it forcing the GINN pilot retreat Alex wasn't being a mercy shot like the future kira but he just didn't want to anyone as EA member when he is not although it would sound like hypocrisy that just who Alex is. Even when he says he doesn't care what the coordinators in ZAFT and plant think and that he doesn't expect anyone from there to move into their colony if he can reduce the chances of being an enemy or even prevent it he would try to do that.
Just then Alex received encrypted communication on his Quantum terminal that the people arranged to explain the presence of the extra MS prototype to the ZAFT spies present in the colony discretely while pretending to be talking amongst themselves unintentionally not knowing that a ZAFT was spy was listening in. He also noticed Rusty waking up and running out through the main monitor but didn't act on it and let him leave instead went to Strike which is surrounded by the Sai , Kuzzey , Tolle , Miriallia slowly lied to get him self out seeing it was kira and others relaxed.
