In front of the powered down Strike and Aegis Kira and his friends were running about helping the unconscious Murrue Ramius down the Strike after they saw the pilot of the Aegis was Alex and how Kira was the one who drove the Strike Tolle was very interested in checking out the MS . Alex on the other hand left here to secretly contact Arthur and the others.
After contacting Arthur and others Alex found out that they had successfully arrived at the Astray's hidden factory as for the MS technicians of the Aegis they had been safely escorted to the shelters before the hazard level reached a critical stage. Alex told them to only attach the special Quantum tracker for the Astray Gold which is in parts and the Astray Black in similar situation as for the other no matter what happens it is not their worry while attaching the trackers to the different parts he also had them to extract any and all useful information in the secret factory base.
While he was done with the communication he came back and just happened to hear gun shots and came to the place where kira and others were to see Murrue pointing Gun and teaching them about how naive their views are while also telling them that they are detained an requisitioned [as child workers to replace her lost men] for being exposed to EA secret weapons.
Alex came after that was done and she had arranged kira to try and contact Archangel from strike when she saw Alex Murrue was instantly on alert point gun at him and asking why he had the Aegis and who he was .
Alex said " Oh can you not point such dangerous weapons at civilians. As for the Gundam Aegis I found in warehouse in the upper district it was assembled and charged with only the OS need some adjustments. "
Murrue Ramius didn't completely believe Alex but she couldn't just kill him because of her doubts just then Sai drove the Strike's Launcher pack seeing this Alex knew danger was coming so he quickly went to the Aegis Gundam and got into the cockpit but didn't activate it so that Creuset will take the bait and try to destroy the Strike and Aegis and just as he knew Creuset came into the colony in his CGUE chasing after Mu La Flaga . Kira who was shocked by the enemy that has appeared suddenly and tried equip the Launcher pack as quickly as possible.
Just then the land of Heliopolis was blown apart as Archangel made it's appearance Creuset who saw the ship he thought was destroyed naturally wouldn't leave it alone and tried to attack it which was evaded by the Archangel's Pilot. At that time Creuset attacked Murrue and the others near Strike to force it to take his attack head on to see if his Enhanced APSV (Armor Piercing Super Velocity) rounds can damage the PS armor only to find it useless. Seeing this Natarle Badgiruel ordered the deployment of laser guided missiles while asking them to ensure not to hit the colony or it support pillars. After the missiles were fired the CGUE easily evaded them which caused them to hit the colony's support pillars. Kira who say this was worried that if he doesn't stop the ZAFT MS Heliopolis might be damaged further aimed with the Agni 320 mm Hyper impluse cannon to fire and Murrue who this was shocked and wanted to warn kira that the weapon was too powerful to be used in the colony but before she could say it kira fired a shot which was evaded by Creuset at cost of an arm and the beam from Agni directly blew a hole in the colony. Kira who saw this was shocked and confused. Creuset who saw that the situation was not in favor was retreating when the Aegis which had been lying low with it's PS armor transformed into MA form and launched a rapid raid at Creuset's CGUE .
Alex approached the MS at high speed while firing his 60mm high power beam rifle with the intent to kill . Although though he didn't want to make enemies of ZAFT forces while being labelled as EA member he would make a exception if it allowed him get rid a danger like Creuset.
Creuset being an experienced battle veteran used his only arm and legs to sheild the beam attacks when he couldn't evade and rapidly left the colony through the hole the Strike created.
While Alex was chasing Creuset the Archangel which realized that the ZAFT MS couldn't be kept Adjusted the momentum to match the colony's rotation and landed during this time Mu La Flaga landed his zero on the Archangel's body and disembarked and went to the Catapult deck where Murrue Ramius lead the children and the Strike when the crew from the Archangel had a emotional reunion and Kira just stepped out of the Strike which caused the people there to be shocked for which Murrue Ramius explained the reason for Kira's piloting the Strike following which Mu ask for permission to enter the Archangel as his ship was destroyed in war . While also about the original pilots meant for the G Project MS . After which knowing of their sad fate felt a little sad but turned his attention to Kira and asked if he was a coordinator which caused the area to be tense until Murrue Ramius dismissed the tension by bringing up that the place they are in belongs to neutral country and it is not surprising to one or two coordinators here who have come to avoid war . And Mu who caused the situation also apologised said about his observation of the original pilots and how they worked very hard just to get it moving.
Just then Alex arrived in Aegis after chasing Creuset to hole in colony knowing going out into space is dangerous he returned and landed on deck and disembarked like Kira causing everyone look at him while some who knew the Aegis began to wonder why it's color is blue now causing Murrue who saw all this have another head ache but still explained.
Murrue Ramius said " This Alex Ashford who happened to be in the upper area along with the chief engineer of Aegis who also happens to be a close friend of Alex's father . As for the Aegis infront of us which was made with spare parts meant for the original was assembled secretly because according to Alex certain organisation with military ties had asked for it to be made because they heard rumor of a ZAFT attack but without evidence they couldn't act and when the attack happened the chief engineer who trusted Alex's ability asked him to use this Aegis to help the G Project's other MS but by time Alex was done with the settings only the Strike was not take and attacked by 2 GINN's one which was dealt with by him."
Now everyone was really sad realising how well their MS are being used by the very coordinators they are meant to fight against why their own people struggled hard to get it moving.
Aftersome time in Crew quarter Kira has fallen asleep while Alex pretend to fall asleep was also contacting Arthur and others to bring the Zero's in parts say they are his friends and bodyguards and the reason the Zero's are in parts are because the Ashford group recently created the a new high power linear gun for the Moebius and higher powered auto cannons which were delivered on his birthday.
On the other side Kuzzey kept praising the coordinators and say how the EA is fighting such powerful people and does it have any chance just then
Alex said " coordinators are not miracle workers they are also just humans as for your saying about how Kira knew how to rewrite the OS without any prior understanding is simply a lack of knowledge on your part as Kato that old geezer had Kira develop the MS OS without telling him what it was and giving him the coding assignments in parts so he couldn't know what it was for. So you could say most if not all of the previous OS was Kira's work once he saw it he knew what he had already programed and hastily connected all the gaps so that the MS could work."
Kuzzey who heard Alex's words shut up out of embarrassment while Sai suprised about how Alex knew these things asked him about it curiously to which Alex dumped all the reasons of the knowledge on the Aegis chief engineer whom he only meet once.
Meanwhile in the ZAFT's Nazca class Creuset who ran back with only a body with head caused a shock to all the people present and he saw Miguel video of Strike's rapid improvement in combat and said if not for the video he would have been a laughing stock of all the people in ZAFT for having his MS damaged so badly and talked about the original MS OS conditions and how these two are so complete and order the attack saying if they can't capture the MS then destroy them.
