I woke up in a hospital bed feeling a bit lightheaded and surprised, because I had no idea of what I was doing there, that's when it hit me, the blood moon eclipse, OMG, I started remembering everything that happened that day.
The blood moon eclipse is a phenomenon, that occurs once every twenty five years.The blood moon is said to occur only in the southern parts of Asia,but the thing surprising me the most is why it happened in
Country M, at past midnight.I had researched on the blood moon and my results were just too good to be true,it turns out that when you stand before the blood moon it can turn you into a supernatural being when reflected on, it was said that it was going to happen on the 28th of march which was the next day,I had wished to see it but I myself new it was never going to happen.
The next day I went to class and texted my BFF Lilyth to remind her that we had a class,then I sat next to my other BFF Roshan, Lilyth finally got here as soon as the class was over."Shit I didn't make it on time"
She said."what do you expect after sleeping in" I said. "I'm glad I did I really don't like this class,our teacher gives me the creeps." "Can you stop complaining." I scolded her. "And can you two stop arguing." Roshan said."Fine" we both muttered. " Hey you guys know that the blood moon is happening today right?." I asked. " Mhmm". They both muttered, " But Irina you know it's not gonna happen here right?." Roshan said." I know I just wish it would". "Yeah me too" Lilyth said."So guys I better get back to studying". Roshan said. "Yeah ok Roshan the nerd, we'll get back to our dorms" I said making bunny ears at him".

The three of us were outdoors in the woods enjoying the soft wind when I noticed the moon was an unusual color I moved closer for a better view,OMG was this really happening the blood moon was here I just couldn't believe it, I called Roshan and Lilyth to come take a look."Guys, guys look the blood moon." "OMG Irina I guess wishes do come true." Lilyth exclaimed happily.""know right." Roshan said. After a while I started having a bad feeling,the moon suddenly had an even darker color of red,that's when I remembered the effect of standing under it for too long,I started running towards Lilyth and Roshan but they were lying on the floor unconscious and Lilyth looked paler than usual,soon everything went into a blurr and then I was surrounded by darkness.
