Mr. Cross!" I called out from the house. He was already about to enter his car but stopped on hearing my voice.
"Snow?" he said in a surprised tone.
"I am coming along with you guys on the plan, right?" I asked, but more like I was trying to confirm. He nodded, still having a shocked expression.
"Can you brief me on the plan?" I asked, and a little smirk curved on his lips.
"Why are you suddenly interested in knowing the plan?" he asked, and I forced a smile.
"Oh, it's nothing. I was just being curious, and anyways, if I am part of it, it's best I know about it, right?" I asked, putting on my cutest smile. He chuckled before shutting the car door.
"You really are something else," he whispered before leaning on the car door.
"Well, it's something simple. The whole setting is gonna unfold in a club," he began, drawing my attention.
