After the king arrived at his throne, the man whispered something to the king.
- Your Majesty, you need to come. It's about the young miss.
Zain heard what the man said to the king. The king nodded and looked back to say, "Follow Me."
Zain and Iso followed the king. The king walked infront while the Holy Knight walked behide the king.
"Sir, why are we following you?" Zain asked the king because he had no idea why they were following him. The man who just fetched the king look shocked by the boldness of Zain but everyone has gotten used to it by now.
"To sign the papers for the property." The king said without turning back and Zain just said "Oh" and kept quite after that. He kept looking the castle and everywhere they passed, there was at least a maid, butler or knight.
The king led them near the training ground, there was a room near there and the king opened the room.
"Wait here, I'll go fetch the papers." The king said as he instructed Zain and Iso to wait in the room. Zain seems to remember something.
"Wait."
"What is it?" The king said sounding impatient.
"We haven't discussed the price for the house?"
"We'll discuss it later." The king said as he left the room and the Holy Knight followed the king.
There were two knights at the door of the room, Zain and Iso need to wait inside. Iso found the silence boring or something and started speaking about random stuffs.
Zain got bored after 2 minutes of sitting still in one room, asked the Knights to go outside but they refused and stopped him from going outside. Zain didn't want to cause a scene, so he listened to them but he wouldn't just sit still.
He casually asked Iso, "Don't you wanna get out of here?"
Iso took a pause and looked around and said, "Even if I want to, how can we get out? Besides we were told to wait in here."
*INSIGHT FORCE*
Zain sensed someone training on the nearby training ground and thought about going to see them. He wrapped Iso with his aura and the knights didn't notice anything and Iso seemed to sense something around herself but can't tell what.
The knights couldn't sense the aura that was wrapping Iso because they can't sense Zain and Iso felt something happening to herself because it affected her body somehow.
Zain turned to Iso and casually said, "Iso, do you want to get out?"
"Yes if I can but..." Iso said before Zain cut her mid sentence to say, "Okay"
*TELEPORT*
They teleported to the training grounds were Zain sensed someone was training there. Iso realise that they're no longer in the room and looked around.
"Lucas, did you teleported us?" Iso asked Zain and Zain seemed surprised that she didn't feel weird but just nodded.
Iso continue to say,"You could teleport all this time but you let us walk to the castle." She asked in a little bit of anger but Zain just looked somewhere and didn't answer her.
Zain walked towards the training ground, left Iso behind and saw a boy around 10 to 15 years of age, training. He was dressed in training clothes and swinging a wooden sword. It looks like he's been training for hours or maybe since morning.
Zain watched the boy trained and realise that he's got the basics right. His form, swings and attack align perfectly but it looks like the boy has no talent for swords but just conviction.
"Training hard I see."
Zain said to the boy. The boy turned around in surprise, shock or suspicion. He looked at Zain and said, "Who are you?"
"Don't mind me, keep training." Zain said casually to the boy. The boy became angry at Zain and said, "Who asked who you are, commoner?"
"Commoner?" Zain began to realise that the boy is probably a prince but didn't care and said, "Aren't you a commoner too?"
"I'M A PRINCE OF THE KINGDOM COMMONER!" The Prince said in anger.
"Yes you are but remove that title, what are you?" Zain said casually as he leaned towards the king, his hands on his pockets.
"STILL A PRINCE!" The Prince said in anger and continue to say, "GUARDS!"
Knights came rushing. They were six knights who rushed to the training grounds when they heard the Prince's call. The Prince pointed at Zain and said "Capture the intruder."
"Boy you don't need to do this."
The guards began to attack Zain but Zain didn't move and still kept his hands on his pockets.
*REGAL FORCE*
All the guards fell to the ground since Zain only aimed at them. The Prince looked shocked when the knights fell to the ground like domino effect.
"You see boy, you didn't need to do that." Zain said and continued, "I just came to watch you train because I got bored."
Zain casual sat down a little away from the Prince. The Prince looked confused and slightly scared of Zain. He looked at the knights lying to the ground and back at Zain. He was about to continue to train because Zain said he came to watch hi but before he could continue, Zain said.
"By the way, you have to stop your training. You're not making any process at all." Zain said as he began to stand and walk towards the prince.
"What to do you mean?" The Prince asked in confusion and he was tired.
"Your body is tired, your mind is not focused on the training and you're not making any process."
"I'm may be tired but I can gain strength if I keep practising."
"Oh damn I almost forgot you're a kid. Listen kid, you're not gaining strength."
"I am. What do you know?" The Prince forgot that the person infront of him knocked out the knights without touching them.
"Kids huh. Listen, if you fill a bucket full of water and the bucket becomes full, can the bucket still be filled?" Zain tried to make an example.
"No."
"That's you. You try to train knowing full well you're tired and you can't do the same swings like when you started anymore. Take my advice. Rest for a full day and continue after that day."
"No. I won't rest."
"Okay." Zain walked back and sat down. The Prince was surprised by the indifference of Zain.
"What? Are you gonna stop me?" The Prince asked Zain in confusion.
Zain just said, "it's not my place if you live or die and I don't care." as he shrugs his shoulders. Zain sense someone coming behind him and just tuned around to look at the person. It was the Holy Knight and Iso who came to fetch him.
"Mr Lucas, the king is waiting for you." The holy Knight said in annoyance. Zain just stood up and followed the Holy Knight and Iso. He didn't say goodbye to the Prince.
The Prince thought to himself, 'Why is father waiting for that man? So he was a guest of father?'
Zain arrived at the room and found the king sitting patiently with the document on the table.
