Chapter 39 - "White Dog's Poop— Get!"

Is this…a white dog??

Castra would not mistook a dog with a wolf and vice versa.

The creature that appeared out of nowhere and started to talk in an elegant female voice...

It was a famous dog for its "smiling angel" face— a Samoyed!

Is this the target that the system wanted all along??

Castra looked at Poo but Poo put up a [confidential information] whiteboard above his head, subtly dodging Castra's questioning eyes.

Since Poo acted so suspiciously...this white dog must be the right target!

It was just that, before Castra could move, Garfin squinted his eyes and meowed in displeasure,

"Meowwww! Stinky dog! Why are you here?"

The "stinky dog" chuckled and spoke calmly,

"Fufufu, there's no way I won't come when you wrack my house, right?"

Garfin: "Meow, meow, this king is just knocking on the door and teaching the doorkeepers some senses, meow!"

Samoyed: "I know, I know, fufufu, so what brings you to my humble house, your majesty?"

The samoyed spoke with a voice full of respect, but somehow, Castra couldn't feel even an ounce of respect from her words.

She looked really casual with Garfin.

If anything, Garfin acted harsher than usual, as if trying to establish a sense of superiority.

Could it be...this samoyed is actually stronger than Garfin?

Castra became wary of the "smiling angel" who looked harmless, but alas, his majesty wanted to drag Castra into the water.

"Meow, meow, it's not this king who wants to come, meow! It's this king's sla— subordinate! Right, peasant?"

Garfin nudged Castra's cheek with his b*tt and the fur almost entered Castra's nose, sending him to the afterlife.

"Y-yes, your majesty— acho! I-I am the one who has something to do at this place...."

Castra pretended that he sneezed because of the cold and not because of Garfin's b*tt fur.

Only then did the samoyed "notice" Castra and look at him while tilting her head.

"Hum? A humanoid spirit...fufufu, it is rare that the crazy cat— I mean his majesty has a humanoid subordinate."

The samoyed stuck out her tongue cutely and stepped closer to Castra, showing her goodwill, but Castra's face turned pale instead.

Stoppp! Don't come closer! Is this dog trying to kill him??

"T-that, milady, if I may, I need something from you!"

Castra hurriedly took a step back and the samoyed subconsciously stopped at her tracks.

"Hmm? You need something from me?"

The samoyed tilted her head cutely once more and Castra almost screamed "so cute!!", but he held back his tongue and nodded with a red face.

"Yes! Yes! I-I need something from you! It's not expensive or important at all, really. It won't even burden you!"

The Samoyed was intrigued by the humanoid spirit who dared to ask for something from her as soon as they met.

Did he not know her true identity?

Maybe he didn't even know the crazy cat's true identity either.

Hm, ignorance is bliss, indeed.

"Fufufu, okay, just state your needs, youngster!" The samoyed nodded gently and Castra's eyes instantly lit up.

"Really? Then, then, please! I-I need your...your po— excrement!"

Castra bowed 90° and subconsciously shouted on top of his lungs.

His voice echoed throughout the snow mountain.

Excrement, ment, ment, ment—

Upon hearing Castra's words, the surrounding white wolves instantly slipped on their paws and fell on their b*tt.

Poo lifted a whiteboard with words [Excellent Excrement! ♡(ӦvӦ。)] while Garfin slapped his eyes with his paw.

The samoyed? She almost bit her tongue.

"W-what? What did you say, young man??"

As the samoyed repeated her question, the distant mountain slowly shook, as if alive.

But the ignorant Castra still earnestly repeated his request.

"Y-yes, I need your excrement! It has something to do with how I become stronger!"

The Samoyed looked at the three words [Poop Shoveling Officer] floating above Castra's head and was rendered speechless.

The hell. Why did the crazy cat hangout with an even crazier humanoid spirit?!

Silence filled the entire mountain and somehow, the wind blew stronger, bringing a gust of cold wind and a bunch of snow towards Castra.

It might be Castra's own imagination, but somehow, the blizzard got stronger for a moment...

"M-milady?"

Castra probed quietly and just when his body was swaying, about to be picked by the blizzard and thrown somewhere, the silent samoyed finally let out a sigh full of cold breath.

"Fine. It's just an excrement. I'll go behind the rock over there and you can scoop it afterwards."

Hallelujah! Thank God for the 5-star animal-special charm!

"Thank you, milady!"

"Fufu, no problem~ "

The Samoyed smiled like an angel, but Castra got a chill down his spine.

Is it just his feelings or does the samoyed look like she's calculating how to kill someone and bury them secretly at the snow mountain?

The samoyed trudged over to the huge rock in the distance and silently let out her noble excrement.

As the excrement came out one by one, a cruel glint flashed in her eyes and she slowly opened her mouth, revealing her sharp teeth.

Heh, Poop Shoveling Officer, this excellency remembers your humiliation!

And that crazy cat— both of you, just wait!!

A certain samoyed was plotting evil things behind the poor poop Shoveler— and coincidentally, two other spirits were doing the same thing.

"Found it! This spirit was born a few months ago and his summoning career was bleak until just yesterday, earning his first 5-star review!"

Gem-Mini jumped to her feet, her face flushed with excitement.

Libra-ry pushed her eyeglasses with her middle finger and nodded.

"This is suspicious. He was useless but suddenly became good…he might be a transmigrator. Let's call an officer."

"Call the ones from the Fire & Lightning Faction! My subordinates said that these officers had met that spirit before!"

"Noted."

Libra-ry immediately filled in a report and the group of officers who had once let go of Castra received the report in no time.

When they read the content of the report, they immediately exclaimed,

"Ha! So that spirit is indeed suspicious! He was trying to leave the line to avoid being checked!"

"Let's go, find him! Bring more binding items! We have to catch this big fish!"

Ten C-rank officers, including the female officer who stopped Castra before, used some means to track down Castra's whereabouts and rushed towards the snowy mountain.

Hmph. Running to an elite spirit's territory to hide, huh?

No chance!
