Chapter 16 - Talking About Louis’s Passion for Acting

Although Norman and the others had deliberately lowered their voices, Louis could still hear every single word clearly. Off to the side, Dyan was even comforting he, telling he not to worry, completely unaware of how the people he was desperately protecting were now looking at him.

Louis couldn't help but let out a small laugh—it really was interesting enough. A soul so purely kind and good… when it finally came time to face a choice, or even betrayal from those he had protected so wholeheartedly… that expression would surely be beautiful.

Facing Louis's smile, Dyan felt a chill run down his spine. It was clearly a very beautiful smile, yet he couldn't stop himself from shuddering; his instincts seemed to be screaming at him to stay away.

But Dyan still didn't move. Although Louis gave off a slightly strange feeling, Dyan felt far more at ease with him than with those people. For some reason, every time he was with the others, he felt inexplicably suffocated—it was very strange.
