Chapter 1 - "The Night of the Massacre Approaches"

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Akira from Blue Planet transmigrated.

And his very first stop was the world of Naruto.

His new identity was ridiculous in the worst possible way. He was the son of the Uchiha clan head, the younger brother of Uchiha Itachi, and the older brother of Sasuke.

Uchiha Akira.

What made it truly lethal was the timing.

Because it wouldn't be long before the Uchiha clan would be wiped out in a single night.

And then things would really go to hell.

If Sasuke were around, at least they could face it together.

But three years ago, Sasuke had followed a mysterious masked man out of the village to train and never came back.

So now Akira was staring down Itachi's blade alone.

That was not something a normal person could handle.

Just as Akira was drowning in frustration over his situation, a mechanical voice suddenly rang out inside his head.

"Ding…"

"Binding successful. Congratulations, Host, on obtaining the God-Tier Check-In System."

"Transmigration complete. You have been rewarded with one check-in opportunity. Would you like to check in now?"

Akira's eyes lit up.

Of course.

When God closes a door, he really does crack open a window.

Sure, he had transmigrated into a doomed character, but with a system backing him up, nothing was truly hopeless anymore.

Without hesitation, he replied in his mind, "System, check in immediately."

"Ding… Check-in successful. Congratulations, Host, for obtaining Indra's Full-Peak Attribute."

Perfect.

Akira felt his blood surge with excitement.

Full-peak Indra's power.

With that kind of strength, the Uchiha massacre was nothing more than a bad joke.

Itachi. Obito.

Even Hiruzen Sarutobi and Danzo Shimura lurking in the shadows, waiting to reap the benefits.

He could suppress them all with a flick of his hand.

The system's voice rang out again.

"Ding… Indra's Full-Peak Attribute has finished fusing."

The moment the voice faded, Akira felt waves of heat rush through his entire body.

His eyes in particular burned as an overwhelming power poured into them, forcing a complete transformation.

His left eye became a six-tomoe Rinnegan.

His right eye evolved into an Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

Of course, none of this showed on the surface. His eyes still looked perfectly normal.

Revealing them now would be a waste.

After all, how could he surprise the Third Hokage and Danzo later if he tipped his hand too early?

In any case, Akira's small body had undergone a complete and terrifying transformation.

"So strong… Is this really Indra at his peak?"

He was stunned by the power coursing through him, his lips curling into an uncontrollable grin.

Then—

"Akira! Uchiha Akira! What are you smiling about? I told you to step onto the field. Did you not hear me?"

Iruka's face darkened.

He had called Akira several times already, and the kid just stood there smiling to himself.

Naturally, Iruka was getting irritated.

"Sorry, Iruka-sensei. I was just thinking about something funny. I didn't mean any disrespect."

Akira quickly wiped the smile from his face.

Everything had happened too fast.

First the sudden transmigration, then the system check-in. He had nearly forgotten where he was.

This was still the Ninja Academy's first sparring session.

And right now, it was his turn to fight a Hyuga student named Hyuga Hinata.

"All right. Since there's no problem, hurry up and get on the field. Don't keep Hinata waiting," Iruka said, clearly relieved that Akira finally responded.

"Actually, Iruka-sensei, I'm suddenly feeling unwell. I'd like to ask for leave and go home to rest."

After a brief pause, Akira added casually, "As for the match, let him win. I don't mind."

The night of the massacre would happen within days.

Time was tight, and Akira had no interest in playing ninja games at the academy.

He needed to return to the clan and prepare for what was coming.

With that, he turned and walked away without waiting for Iruka's approval.

Calling it a request was generous. It was more like a notification.

Whether Iruka agreed or not didn't matter in the slightest.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk."

A mocking laugh came from behind him.

"Some people can't even come up with a decent excuse."

"You're obviously scared you can't beat Lord Hinata here, so you're making things up."

"Feeling unwell? That's hilarious."

"Is this really the Uchiha clan head's son?"

"With that cowardly look, the Uchiha don't even deserve to be compared to the Hyuga."

"As expected, the Hyuga clan is the strongest in Konoha. The Uchiha are nothing but trash."

Akira stopped and turned around.

Hyuga Hinata was staring at him with open contempt, his face twisted in mockery.

"You really asking for a beating?"

Akira's voice was ice-cold.

He didn't care how Hinata insulted the Uchiha. He had only just arrived in this world and felt little attachment to the clan.

But calling him a coward was another matter entirely.

Even if Hinata was just a seven- or eight-year-old brat, Akira was fully prepared to teach him a lesson.

Before he could move, an angry voice rang out beside him.

"Hey! What's wrong with you?! Didn't you hear Akira say he's not feeling well?!"

"If he's already like this, and you still try to force him to fight, what are you plotting?"

"Are you trying to hurt him on purpose?!"

It was Sakura.

The pink-haired girl was glaring furiously at Hyuga Hinata.

"That's right! Hinata, you've gone too far!"

"Ino chimed in from the side. "Akira already said you win, but you keep pushing. You must have some bad intentions. That's disgusting."

"You're terrible, Hyuga Hinata!"

"You're gross!"

The other girls gathered around Akira, chirping angrily as they bombarded Hinata with accusations.

Akira glanced around at the cluster of young girls and felt utterly speechless.

He hadn't realized how popular the original owner of this body was.

If he'd had even half this charm in his previous life, he wouldn't have been single for over twenty years.

The boys watching from the sidelines ground their teeth in envy.

Damn it. That bastard Akira was only a little insanely handsome. Why did all the girls swarm around him?

They wanted to replace him so badly it hurt.

Hyuga Hinata's face turned pitch-black, his teeth clenched in rage.

He'd only meant to provoke Akira into coming back to fight.

How had he suddenly become public enemy number one among the girls?

"Uchiha Akira! Are you really just a piece of trash who hides behind women?!"

"Do you dare come out and fight me head-on?!"

Some of the boys who disliked Akira jumped in as well.

"Yeah! Come out and fight Hinata!"

"So the great Uchiha Akira is just a cowardly turtle hiding in his shell!"

"Akira, don't listen to them," Sakura said softly, worry all over her face. "You're not feeling well. Don't push yourself. Come on, I'll walk you home."

Inside her heart, she was laughing wildly.

I finally got my chance. If I can escort him home, getting into the Uchiha family will be easy later.

Meanwhile, Hinata was still shouting.

"Uchiha Akira, you useless piece of trash who hides behind women. Come out here and die!"

"People who are weak sure like to bark a lot," Akira said flatly.

He pulled his arm free from Sakura's embrace, gently pushed aside the girls blocking the way, and walked straight into the center of the sparring field.

He stopped in front of Hyuga Hinata.

"So you finally came out," Hinata sneered. "Good. I'll beat you until you're begging on the ground."

"Let them see that you're nothing but a pretty face."

Hinata licked his lips, excitement written all over his face, as if he already saw Akira kneeling and pleading.

Akira ignored him and turned to Iruka instead.

"Iruka-sensei, can we start? I'm in a bit of a hurry."

Iruka glanced at him, said nothing extra, and announced, "Both sides, take the field. Uchiha Akira versus Hyuga Hinata. Form the opposing hand seal. Begin."

Hinata immediately formed the seal, his pale Byakugan eyes locked onto Akira.

Akira kept both hands in his pockets.

He couldn't even be bothered to return the gesture.

"Akira," Iruka frowned. "According to academy rules, you should form the opposing seal. It's a sign of respect."

"Don't get it twisted," Akira replied calmly. "Trash like this isn't qualified to be my opponent."

"Uchiha Akira, you—"

Iruka was getting angry, but before he could continue, a furious shout interrupted him.

"You pretty-faced bastard! You dare look down on me?! I'll show you the power of the Byakugan!"

"Byakugan, activate!"

Veins bulged grotesquely around Hinata's eyes as the Byakugan opened.

The Byakugan was far easier to awaken than the Sharingan.

Still, awakening it at such a young age was enough to call Hinata a genius.

That was why he dared to run his mouth so confidently.

There was no way Akira could have awakened the Sharingan at this age.

One with a bloodline limit, one without.

With that advantage, he was certain he would grind Akira into the dirt.

But as that thought crossed his mind, Akira's figure vanished from his vision.

"Huh? Where did he go?"

Before the question fully formed, a searing pain exploded across the left side of his face.

It felt as if a chunk of flesh had been torn away.

Smack.

The sharp sound echoed across the training grounds.

Hinata's face twisted as his body flew sideways, slamming into a massive tree more than ten meters away.

Blood sprayed through the air.

So did more than a dozen teeth.

"..."
