We finally arrived at the port in our town and as soon as the driveway was available, Thomas drove his van. "Whose house shall we stop by first?" Thomas asked as soon as his van touched the ground. "Well, Andrew's flat is the closest here." Simon answered. "No, it will be the last stop. I'm staying at Andrew's, remember?" Thomas replied as he continued to drive.
"My house is the next closest." Tabitha answered. "Please give me directions. I haven't been to your house." Thomas replied. Tabitha gave him the directions while the boys spoke to themselves at the back. "If I remember correctly, we haven't really been to your house." I said as I looked at Tabitha. "Yeah. You all haven't." Tabitha answered then told Thomas to stop in front of a house.
"Here's my stop! Maybe I'll invite you guys soon." Tabitha said as she looked at me. Jaime then quickly opened the door of the van to let Tabitha out. "Rest well, Tabitha." Jaime said before Tabitha stepped out of the van. "You too, Jaime." Tabitha replied then she stepped out. "Take care everyone!" Tabitha said to us with a smile. I waved at her with a smile then she closed the door.
"Who's up next?" Thomas asked before he drove the van. "Mine." Simon answered. "You just missed your wife, Abigail." Jaime teased Simon. "Of course! Why wouldn't I?" Simon replied then I heard Yeshua chuckled. "To Simon's it is!" Thomas said and began to drive. "So what is your status now with Tabitha?" Simon asked teasingly to Jaime.
And they began. Yeshua then looked at me with a smile and I chuckled. "What? Wha-what do you mean?" Jaime asked, stuttering. "Should I expect a sister-in-law soon?" John asked his brother, Jaime. "Do you want Tabitha as your sister-in-law?" Jude asked John. "Who am I to choose who my brother will marry?" John asked back. "His brother?" James answered John's question with another question.
"Wh-why marry? I mean why-why bring up…? No. What?" Jaime said, failing to form a question. "He's considering it, people! I knew it!" Simon said excitedly. "If you marry Tabitha, will you finally stop sharing every little thing about her?" Andrew asked Jaime. I burst out laughing. "What? What's so funny?" Andrew asked me confusedly.
"You know, brother. Just because you still haven't taken an interest in someone doesn't mean you stop someone from taking an interest in another." Simon said to Andrew. It's true though. He has a point."Simon has a point, Andrew." Yeshua said as He looked at me and then to the boys at the back. "I-I didn't mean to-I just-" Andrew said, stuttering, trying to make a point.
"Don't bother. Teacher already said that." Simon said with pride. Andrew groaned. "Well! Here's my stop! Take care, all of you! You too, Teacher!" Simon said as Jaime opened the door for him. "Thanks, mate." Simon said to Jaime then he closed the door of the van.
"Mine next, please." Matthew said to Thomas. "Okay! Matthew's here we go!" Thomas said as he drove away from Simon's house. "Jude and James, you're staying with Matthew, right?" Jaime asked. "Yes." James answered. "Why?" Jude asked. "Nothing. Just asking." Jaime answered. "Where will Philip stay then?" John asked. "Well young man, Andrew, have my clothes in his flat." Philip answered. "You heard that? He called me 'young man'!" John said giddily. "Sure, sure. But Simon wasn't here to hear it." Andrew teased John. "Oh, shi-shoot!" John expressed.
"Where were You staying, Teacher?" Philip asked. "I'm staying in a tent, Philip. Thank you for asking." Yeshua answered. "Where?" Philip asked again. "Seek…" Yeshua answered, "'and you will find'." Philip continued. Yeshua then chuckled. "Don't worry about me. I'll accompany you all as you arrive home safe and soundly." Yeshua continued with a smile.
