Today is Amethyst's first day of work after being promoted, the rays of sunrise invading the room, and illuminating Amethyst's closed eyes.

I slowly started to open my eyes as I felt the sun rays laying in my eyes, opening slowly as I sat to stretch out the drowsiness.
Moving to the corner of the bed while I rub my eyes, when I was about to stand up, I suddenly feel, two hands sliding from my waist to my belly, pulling me closer to rest its head on my shoulder.
I quickly turn my head to look at who it is, and to my happiness, and surprise, is none other than my closest best friend Tulipa.
Tulipa, my old and closest best friend, from the small group of cavern albin species, an Arachserpent Albin, with rosy-red sclera, gold yellow pupils and white iris. Rosy-white skin and short hair, a creature highly approved to be considered as the best assistant. I really like my bestie.
"Good morning, lady Amethyst." Greets Tulipa, with a smile on her face. "And congratulations for your promotion."
I pull her in a warm hug, killing years of longing that I had for her, and she had for me.
"I missed you so much, Tulipa! sometimes I forget that you work here in the palace as well." I exclaim, pull out of the hug as I look at her.
"I also missed you very much." She says gently. "With you now in the position of the prince's lady-in-waiting, royal advisor and physician, I'm sure that we can work closely."
"Like the old times." We say together before starting to chuckle.
"Oh, I almost forgot." She pulls out a paper from her pocket. "The prince will summon a reunion between his royal advisors, and want all of them to be present at exactly 12 in the morning."
"You still have free 6 hours of the day, so you have the opportunity to do what you want or need to do." She says. "And I also bring your shichirin."
"You're right." I start to stand up, reading towards the bathroom with, now, a good humour. "And thank you."

As I leave the bathroom, Tulipa looking at my utensils and then my clothes, I notice, on my table... A white gun with a letter underneath and the mark of the OwlHearts clan, sealed with the Prince's symbol wax seal.
But that wasn't what caught my attention, the other stuff next to it was.
A white notebook book with silver pages, an A of Hearts card on top and a vibrant red Hibiscus flower. Next to it, have a mix of raspberry, blackberry and blueberry pie. Alongside the pie, lays a medium pendant, a silver sword pendant with a bloody red heart gem.
"Tulipa, did you bring all of this?" I asked her as I point to the things on my table, a bit confused and surprised.
"That? No, I didn't." She responded.
I look back at the card, the notebook, the pie, the Hibiscus and the pendant for a second before I finally realize...
Father...
"And to think that he would bring me a pie made by mother, hehe." I mutter to myself as I lift the notebook.
"Tulipa." I call her out, making her approach me quickly. "I will ask you for a gift and letter delivery to my siblings, but it will take a bit of time. Can you do that for me?"
"Of course, Amethyst." She responds with a nod. "Anything for you."

Suddenly, someone knock the door, Lun Re voice can be heard through it, asking to enter.
"Enter." I said, Lun Re entering my chambers and closing the door.
I was sitting on my table, finishing to stir a bread filling and putting inside a pot, while on the window sits a tray with Hibiscus petals, dehydrating in the sun.
"Good morning, lady Amethyst. I just wanted to say that the reunion will start in 5 minutes, and it's better to have your presence there." Says Lun Re, before looking at the strange mix being put in a pot. "If it is not a bother, what are you preparing?"
I stand up, adjusting myself and the uniform before responding. "Is a bread filling I made with avocado, sugar and a bit of condensed milk. Now we should go." We leave my chambers, I lock the door before starting to walk.
"You passed in the kitchen to do the condensed milk..?" He ask confused.
"Of course not, silly, I made it with my shichirin, if i take off the grill i can use it as a some type of stove." i chuckled.
Lun Re just nod before turning continue to guide our way towards the reunion local.
Now, thinking a little about the sudden "gift" from my father, he would never send me something so anonymously if something happened.
The flower and the pie i know is something that mother would send a way to say she cares about me, yet is always useful for specifics situations. My silver pendant that I lost in the kidnapping, I given when truly devoted to the Divinity of magic and powe—Madam Of Witches. The silver paper notebook haves spiritual exorcism uses but also can "impulse" powers and abilities.

One of them will do something to unravel more about my information, yet i have nothing more than to complaint and accept. Maybe if the one of them call me in private i can bring the pie and the Hibiscus for tea, then i can tell more about my works and medicine abilites to have a more free access of the nursery's pharmacy side—
my monologue and thoughts are interrupted when we arrive at the room, i accidentally bump my face into Lun Re's back. He looks down at me with a confused yet understanding face, before saying.
"You're the type of creature who bumps into anything when lost in thought, i presume. But let's not worry about that, we need to enter."
Lun Re opens the door, gesturing for me to enter before closing the door. I look around.

In the center, haves a long table, with all the advisors already present and on their places. Let's do a little, veeeery little introduction, shall we?
*Aya, short pink dragon female, Prince's lady-in-waiting;
*Chikubo Taoko, almost giant unknown species female, Prince's lady-in-waiting and second general of the imperial knights;
*Lun Re Shioto, tall tiger male, Prince's butler and assistant; you guys already know him, a bit.
*Guilherme dos Santos, medium human male, doctor and physician of the palace;
*Wuxunle jinu, medium goat female, fourth princess's lady-in-waiting;
*Fugi Para, tall black canary male, doctor and physician of the palace.
And together, with me of course, we form the 7 advisors of the prince Takeru Sagano.
And there's also a doctor in the area that the prince decided to be responsible for Princess Dunishia's health, considered and one of the best doctors of the kingdom, but anyway.

I go towards my seat, guided by lun Re, sitting down and maintaining my facade of good miss, the less i shown about me the less they suspect about what goes through my head.
I could feel the eyes on me appraisingly, it's fine i guess, since i'm new, but i'm not gonna do anything against them... If they don't try anything.
The prince finally arrives, we all stand up and lower our heads in deference.
"May all sit down." He says, starting the reunion.

The reunion starts between them, the matter being accessed now, how will this matter end up? Will they fight with flying pies? or will it be peaceful? How will Amethyst take this?
