The Line of Life

In a world on the edge of the void, turmoil lurks hungry. Earth, after being hit by a disastrous meteor with little time to even realize what had happened was transformed, put through another dark age, and reformed by a mysterious God. However this time, unexpected life was brought to the planet and rises with it, bringing unaccounted change, magic, and despair. Rising in political conflicts on the verge of a war against the abyss, Emilia Zilch, daughter of the former emperor Fredrick II, succeeds in achieving the impossible—creating life from nothing. But this leads to a journey through the madness of time, loneliness, and despair, finding new friends, and searching for something she can never find; a meaning to life.
