He told Hassan, "Put this in a bag, take it home, and hang it on your main gate. Now, whatever entity is inside the house or coming from outside, none shall enter."
Shah Saab also instructed Hassan that once the blood stopped dripping, he should bury the eggplant in a distant, empty field. Following this, Mrs. Yousuf's health finally began to recover, and she started eating and drinking properly again.
