After the reunion—after the crying, the hugging, the screaming, the "OMG YOU'RE ALIVE" phase—somehow, without any official meeting or permission…
Section E just… stayed.
No bags.
No planning.
No logic.
It started innocently.
"One night only," Felix said, already removing his shoes like he paid rent.
"We'll leave early," Mayo added, sitting comfortably on the sofa.
"I call the floor," Calix announced, pointing at random tiles.
Lia stared at all of them like she was reconsidering every life choice she had ever made.
"This is not a hostel," she said slowly.
C In nodded seriously. "Correct. This is a temporary base."
By midnight, Lia's house looked like a disaster documentary.
People everywhere.
Phones charging in places they shouldn't be.
Someone sleeping with a pillow that was clearly decorative.
Rory vlogging in whisper mode.
Mica braiding Freya's hair for no reason.
Keifer leaned close to me and whispered, "Is this normal?"
I laughed softly. "For them? Yes. For you? Welcome."
He didn't even get time to react because Felix suddenly popped up between us.
"NO PDA AFTER 12," he declared.
"WHO MADE YOU THE RULES MINISTER?" I shot back.
"I WAS BORN FOR THIS ROLE."
At 1 a.m., someone screamed.
"WHO TOOK MY BLANKET—"
"IT WAS NEVER YOUR BLANKET," Erdix replied sleepily.
At 2 a.m., someone else screamed.
"WHY IS THERE A LEG ON MY PILLOW?"
"THAT'S CALIX," Mayo said. "DON'T WAKE HIM. HE BITES."
By 3 a.m., I heard my mom praying softly in the other room. Not loudly. Just… concerned.
Morning came without warning.
I woke up to noise.
Not alarm noise.
SECTION E NOISE.
Kitchen. Chaos.
Felix was cooking something questionable.
Rakki was supervising like a disappointed parent.
C In was reading instructions upside down.
Mayo was eating without waiting.
"WHY IS THE PAN SMOKING?" Lia shouted.
"That means it's working," Felix replied confidently.
Keifer walked in beside me and froze.
The kitchen looked like it had been attacked.
Someone had spilled milk.
Someone had stepped in it.
Someone was laughing.
Keifer leaned down and whispered, "I survived injury. This is worse."
I giggled.
Then Section E noticed us.
"Oh look," Rory said dramatically, "THE MAIN CHARACTERS."
"THEY'RE MATCHING SLEEPY FACES," Mica added.
"BRO," Felix pointed at Keifer, "DID YOU SLEEP?"
Keifer nodded. "Yes."
They gasped.
"IMPOSSIBLE," Mayo whispered. "We didn't."
Lia slapped toast onto plates like she was feeding wild animals.
"EAT AND LEAVE," she ordered.
No one moved.
"We'll leave after breakfast," Calix said.
Breakfast ended.
They stayed.
Lunch came.
They stayed.
By evening, Lia gave up.
"Fine," she sighed. "You all live here now."
Cheers.
At one point, I was sitting quietly on the steps with Keifer, my head lightly resting on his shoulder. Just breathing. Just calm.
Of course—
"AYO WHY ARE THEY SITTING LIKE THAT?" Felix yelled.
"I'M EMOTIONAL AGAIN," Erdix announced.
"DON'T GET USED TO IT," I warned.
Keifer squeezed my hand gently. "I don't mind them."
I looked at him, surprised. "You sure?"
He smiled. "They kept you safe when I couldn't."
That shut me up real fast.
Later that night, lights were dim. Everyone finally tired. Bodies scattered around like fallen dominoes.
I looked around.
Section E asleep.
Lia exhausted but smiling.
My family peaceful.
Chaos. Love. Noise.
Keifer leaned close and whispered, "Your people are loud."
I smiled softly. "Yeah. But they're mine."
And somehow, in that mess of blankets, jokes, and half-eaten snacks, I realized—
This wasn't just a reunion.
It was home. 💙
