Chapter 50 - Chapter 48 Choas of section e

The afternoon sun poured into Lia's mansion like it had nothing better to do than witness our nonsense. After breakfast chaos, hallway races, shouting over bathrooms, and someone—Felix, obviously—nearly breaking a vase worth more than his entire future, we all ended up sprawled across the living room floor.

Lia's house was huge. Too huge.

And Section E in a huge house?

A historical mistake.

Someone—Rory, because of course it was Rory—rolled an empty bottle into the center of the rug and grinned like a villain.

"Truth or Dare," he announced.

The room erupted.

"NO DARE—"

"TRUTH ONLY—"

"WHO INVITED YOU—"

"WHY ARE WE LIKE THIS—"

I leaned back against Keifer's chest, his arm loosely around my waist, and sighed. Peaceful outside.

Inside my head?

A full roast session loading.

We formed a messy circle—Felix, Mayo, Kit, Eren, Emman, C In, Calix, Erdix, Rory, Rakki, Freya, Mica, Ion, Ella, Aries, Percy, Grace, baby Grazel Jay sleeping peacefully somewhere safe from us, Kuya Angelo, Lia, and obviously Keifer and me.

Basically, chaos with a membership list.

The bottle spun.

Everyone leaned in.

It slowed.

Stopped.

Right in front of Mayo.

"YES," Felix yelled. "KARMA EXISTS."

Mayo squinted. "Truth."

Bad choice.

"How many times have you eaten food labeled 'DO NOT TOUCH' in this house?" Mica asked sweetly.

Mayo didn't even hesitate.

"…Yes."

"THAT WAS NOT A NUMBER—" Lia shouted.

In my head:

Mayo survives purely on audacity and stolen snacks.

Next spin.

Erdix.

Dare.

He had to text his last crush "I still owe you trauma."

We screamed.

He did it.

Phone thrown across the room immediately.

Thoughts:

Erdix lives dangerously for no reason.

Spin after spin—confessions, dares, chaos.

Eren was exposed for overlapping girlfriends (shock of the century), Felix admitted he's afraid of silence, C In judged everyone even during his own turn.

Then—

The bottle spun again.

Slower.

Slower.

Stopped.

In front of Kuya Angelo.

The room went dead silent.

Ion crossed her arms.

Lia leaned forward.

"Oh this is gonna be GOOD," Rory whispered.

"Truth," Angelo said, rubbing his temples.

Lia smiled.

That smile.

"How many times," she asked innocently,

"have you broken up with Ion?"

Ion stared at him.

We all stared at him.

Angelo sighed.

"…Five. Maybe six."

"WHAT?" Ion shouted.

"EXCUSE ME?" Lia yelled at the same time.

I blinked.

In my head:

Sir??? This is not a loyalty program.

"And why?" Felix pushed.

Angelo looked straight at Lia.

"Because of you."

Oh.

OH.

"ME?" Lia stood up. "YOU RUINED YOUR RELATIONSHIP AND BLAME ME?"

Ion stood too. "Why am I finding out like this?"

The room exploded.

"WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS—"

"THIS IS A FAMILY MEETING—"

"TIME OUT—"

"GET THE BABY—"

Angelo and Lia went back and forth—sibling-level chaos, childhood grudges, sarcastic jabs.

My thoughts:

These two could argue in a library and still cause property damage.

Finally, Lia threw herself back onto the couch.

"I hate you."

"Love you too," Angelo replied instantly.

Ion sighed. "I need a vacation."

Spin again.

The bottle moved.

And stopped.

Between me

and

Keifer.

The room went silent.

Then—

"NO—"

"YES—"

"ABOUT TIME—"

"THIS IS A GIFT—"

I felt Keifer's grip tighten slightly around my waist.

I smiled sweetly.

In my head:

Oh you idiots. You have no idea what you're starting.

"Dare," Keifer said calmly.

Of course he did.

Rory grinned. "Romantic dare."

Felix clapped. "MAKE IT ILLEGAL—"

"NOT ILLEGAL," Lia warned.

Mica thought for two seconds.

"Keifer," she said, "you have to recreate the first time you realized you were in love with Jay."

The room went quiet again.

Keifer looked down at me.

Soft. Serious.

He leaned forward, forehead resting against mine.

"I realized it," he said, "the first time she roasted me and still cared if I ate."

The room melted.

"EW," Felix muttered, emotional.

Then Rory turned to me.

"Jay. Your turn."

I smirked.

"Oh I've been waiting."

"My dare?" I asked.

"Yes," Calix nodded. "No escape."

I looked around the circle, then back at Keifer.

"My dare," I said slowly,

"is for Keifer to stay exactly where he is…

and for everyone else to stop interrupting our peace."

Silence.

Then—

"DENIED," Section E shouted together.

Keifer laughed quietly into my hair.

I leaned into him anyway.

In my head, roasting everyone except him and Lia:

You're all loud. You're all dramatic.

But you're mine.

And as the sun dipped lower and laughter filled Lia's massive house again, I realized something—

Chaos follows us everywhere.

But so does love.

And honestly?

I wouldn't trade Section E madness for anything. 💙Dinner was supposed to be calm.

That was the first lie of the evening.

Lia's dining hall alone could host a diplomatic summit, but instead it hosted Section E, which is honestly worse. The long table was already filled with noise before food even arrived—chairs scraping, people arguing about seats, Felix insisting he needed to sit "where the lighting understands him," and Mayo asking if dinner had vibes.

I sat beside Keifer, his hand resting lazily on my knee under the table. Safe. Grounded.

Mentally preparing myself.

Because across the table?

War.

"WHY is there broccoli?" Kit demanded, staring at the serving dish like it had personally offended his ancestors.

"Because vegetables exist," Freya replied calmly.

"That's propaganda," Felix added.

In my head:

Felix survives on air, drama, and stolen fries.

Grace came in carrying baby Grazel Jay, who was peacefully asleep—the only sane being in this house. Denzel followed her, already tired.

"If anyone screams near the baby," Grace warned sweetly, "I will end you."

Everyone nodded respectfully.

Two seconds later—

"WHO TOOK MY SPOON?" Mayo yelled.

Grace stared.

Mayo froze.

"…I'll eat with my hands."

Dinner was served in waves—rice, pasta, curry, grilled chicken, salad, soup—enough food to feed an army or just Section E for ten minutes.

Calix pointed at the curry. "This is spicy."

Rakki tasted it. "This is flavor."

C In adjusted his glasses. "Statistically, Calix fears spices more than commitment."

"Oh SHUT—" Calix snapped.

Inner roast:

Calix argues like his Wi-Fi is unstable.

Percy leaned toward me. "Jay, did you make this soup?"

"Yes," I said proudly.

He paused mid-spoon.

"…Why does it taste like courage and regret?"

I smiled. "Character development."

Keifer coughed to hide his laugh.

Across the table, Angelo and Lia were already at it.

"You're sitting in my chair," Lia said flatly.

"There are fifty-six chairs," Angelo replied.

"And you chose MINE."

Ion whispered, "Here we go again."

Eren, meanwhile, was flirting with no one in particular, which somehow included everyone.

"Eren," Mica warned, "focus on eating."

"I am," he said. "Emotionally."

Thoughts:

Sir, please emotionally eat and emotionally shut up.

Felix stood up suddenly. "ANNOUNCEMENT."

"No," everyone said in unison.

"I just want to say," he continued anyway, "that this food is amazing, and I love you all—except Mayo."

"WHAT DID I DO?" Mayo yelled.

"You exist loudly," Felix replied.

Arguments overlapped.

Erdix and Rory debated whether soup counts as a drink.

Kit accused Emman of stealing chicken.

Emman accused Kit of stealing his personality.

Freya tried to restore order and failed immediately.

The baby stirred.

Everyone froze.

Grace smiled. "Good. You remembered fear."

I leaned into Keifer, whispering, "If we survive this dinner, we deserve medals."

He kissed my temple softly. "Wifey, this is my cardio."

Then—

Chaos level: FINAL BOSS.

The power flickered.

Lights dimmed.

Felix screamed.

"I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THIS TIME—"

Mayo spilled water.

Kit slipped.

Someone dropped a plate.

Grace gasped. "THE BABY—"

Baby Grazel Jay?

Still asleep.

Legend.

When the lights came back on, the table looked like a battlefield.

Sauce splattered.

Rice everywhere.

Dignity? Gone.

Lia stood up, clapped once.

"Okay. Dinner is officially OVER."

Cheers erupted.

Keifer stood and pulled me up with him, whispering, "You okay?"

I looked around at my people—loud, messy, exhausting, loyal.

I smiled softly.

"Yeah. I'm home."

Behind us, Section E was still arguing about who caused the blackout.

Felix pointed at Mayo.

Mayo pointed at Kit.

Kit blamed fate.

And for once, instead of chaos overwhelming me—

It felt like comfort.

Messy. Loud.

But ours. 💙
