The ghost gave Covie to the little ghosts, then it let out a horrifying and ethereal roar. Possessed Johnson also took out his minigun.
"What should we do now?" asked Albur.
"I will try hitting the ghost with the crucifix, you hold Johnson in place!" said Mysty.
"Copy that !" Albur took out his metal pipe and his rifle.
Johnson rushed to Albur, Albur first smacked him back with the metal pipe, Johnson took out his minigun and fired at Albur. Perhaps the ghost possessing him was a poor marksman, because every shot he fired went astray. Albur quickly snatch his minigun and threw it aside. Possessed Johnson then activated his robot claws, trying to slice Albur with it, Albur dodged every single slice and jumped behind him, he then grabbed his robot claw and use his limbs to force Johnson in place, while Johnson himself have superhuman strength, the ghost possessing him can't break free using it. At Mysty's spot, the giant ghost shot tons of supernatural force shots at her, she dodged all of them by hopping around and ducking, she tried to use the crucifix to hit it, and it did quite a bit of damage. The giant ghost was furious, it then let out an ear-piercing cry, Mysty felt extremely dizzy. The cry also made Albur very dizzy, and Johnson is slowly breaking free.
"Mysty! Use the crucifix on Johnson! I can't stop him any more!" yelled Albur.
Mysty stood up using her last bit of consciousness and threw the crucifix to Albur, Albur caught it and smack Johnson with it. After a few seconds, the ghost inside him was released, and when he woke up, he quickly noticed the situation and shot himself, Albur, Mysty and Covie with the digital world pistol, but the little ghosts, blocked the bullet from reaching Covie.

"That ghost was so terrifying!" said Albur.
"I'm feeling dizzy...." Mysty can't stand firm. Albur help her up. In the digital world's view, the giant ghost looked around, trying to search for them. After not seeing anyone, it signalled the little ghosts, they poked Covie and shook her, Covie kept struggling, they took Covie to a forest area and poked her.
"Any plans?" asked Johnson.
"It can shoot energy forces and an ear-piercing cry, how can we beat it?" asked Albur.
"The crucifix is still useful, but it just can't get near the ghost...." murmured Mysty.
"This crucifix.... wait! Albur! We will need you!" said Johnson.
"What? How?" asked Albur.
"Your laser rifle was designed to have 3 slots that can be paired with buffing items to buff its shots, try putting the crucifix into one of the slots, then press the left button and pull the small trigger behind the handle." said Johnson.
Albur followed the steps, then, his rifle glowed, having its laser powers the color of the crucifix. Johnson then returned everyone to the real world.

When they got back, they threw up as usual, the ghosts noticed them. Albur quickly aimed his rifle at one of them and fired, this time, the bullet didn't penetrate them, it shot it, and the ghost stumbled on the ground, seemingly in pain. The giant ghost looked at them furiously, it then let out another ear-piercing cry, Johnson tanked the noise and blocked the sound wave from reaching Albur and Mysty. Albur quickly reloaded his rifle and fired it at the giant ghost, it was knocked back a bit, but it quickly recovered. It then raised its right hand, and shot a white bullet, Albur tried to dodge but it seems to heat seek, it hit the rifle, and the rifle was disabled, the shot was gone and it is in cooldown.
"AWWW SNAP! The rifle is broken!" shouted Albur.
"I really wish my minigun have a buff slot as well....." murmured Johnson.
"What should we do now?" Mysty grabbed the crucifix from the rifle and pointed it at the giant ghost. It broke the crucifix, and floated towards them, angrily. But suddenly, a teleport sound was heard in the sky of the withered forest. The gang and the ghosts looked up, 5 patrol team spaceships were above them. Some glitches came out from the spaceship and looked down into the forest.
"This is patrol squad #381, we detected noises around the burnt forest area of a park, should we investigate it ? Over." said the captain glitch of the patrol squad.
"This is headquarters, not necessary but just shoot around, if you find them, get them. Over." said the walkie talkie.
"Copy that, over. Fire at the forest area!" ordered the captain glitch, the patrol spaceships activated their weapons and fired around the forest area. The giant ghost realized something, it signalled the little ones to get away, it then looked at the gang, and it grabbed them and flew away. The forest was blasted by tons of glitch bullets, the forest was completely unrecognizable. Not even the withered trees survived. The patrol squad found nothing and then all retreated. After that, the giant ghost opened its palm, letting the gang out.
"What? You..... saved us?" Albur looked at that giant ghost. That giant ghost stared at Albur, it then touched his forehead.
Fine, I won't bother you and your friends anymore.
Albur stepped back in shock, looking at that giant ghost.
"Albur? What's wrong?" asked Mysty.
"That.... g-g-giant ghost..... can t-talk!" said Albur.
I am talking to you telepathically, only you can hear me speak.
Albur looked at that giant ghost, it closed its eyes, then signalled the little ones to let go of Covie, Covie rushed to Johnson and hugged him, Johnson looked at Albur.
"What, is happening right now?" he asked.
Albur looked at that giant ghost.
I'm sorry to fight you all just now, I just want that little fella near you guys, but please, don't use the crucifix anymore, its burning.
"Hey, they don't seem to be harmful..." said Albur.
"What is going on?" asked Mysty.
"This giant dude, is talking to me telepathically." said Albur.
We don't meant to fight, my minions were just, too sensitive to outsiders and think everything is a threat, I apologize for them.
"Then, why do you want Covie?" asked Albur.
We saw her powers, able to regenerate and bring back anything to life, we were actually spirits that guarded this forest 7000 years ago, just, when you humans cut down all the trees, we have nowhere to go, and lately, the forest was restored here, so me and my minions continued to guard here, but, after those floating particles attacked here, there was nothing but scorched earth and burnt trees, I just, wanted to borrow her to help restore the forest, we just fought back cause you guys hit us with the light and that burning crucifix, I.... am sorry.
The giant ghost lowered its head, the little ones looked at it, and also lowered their head as well.
Albur explained everything to the gang what the giant ghost have said.
"Oh.... no wonder they want Covie..." said Johnson.
"So that time I was possessed by them...." said Mysty.
Covie flew to that giant ghost, and touched it.
"Poor fellows, you could've asked me to help, rather then just catching me." said Covie.
I thought she wouldn't wanna if she saw us.
"It thought you wouldn't wanna help if you see them." said Albur.
"I am happy to help! I like to help out anyone that needed a little recover! Just tell me! I could help out, hehe!" said Covie.
The giant ghost looked at Covie, and it smiled.
Later, Covie recovered the whole forest area slowly, making the floras bloom again. The little ghosts looked around in joy, and floated around happily.

The giant ghost smiled at the gang.
"By the way, its not early now, let's get to the police headquarters." said Johnson.
The ghosts sent the gang to the exit of the forest, where it is a city again. The little ghosts waved goodbye to them, the gang smiled to them and waved back, before leaving. But then, the giant ghosts grabbed Albur's clothes. He looked behind at it.
Wait, before you leave, I want to give you something as a thank you and an apology.
The giant ghost took out a white orb, and gave it to Albur.
"Uh... what's this?" asked Albur.
This is a fragment of me, it have the power I used using my right hand, it have the capability to disable and stop moves, attacks and techniques, your rifle isn't broken, it was just disabled, the effect will wear off after 5 seconds.
It then gave Albur his rifle, and smiled at him.
"Wow... thanks, I think I can...." Albur put the orb into one of the slots in his rifle, pressed the left button and pulled the trigger behind the handle.
This also have a chance to heat seek, good luck on killing those particles ! Sorry we can't help, we will be weakened and exit every victim we possess if we are too far from the forest.

Just call me Ghast, that's a little nickname I gave for myself.
"Ok then, bye Ghast." Albur waved at it. Ghast waved at him as well. Then, Albur caught up to the team.
"Huh, you got a little upgrade on your rifle." said Mysty.
"Yeah, that giant ghost, Ghast, he gave me this." said Albur.
"Come on, let's get going." said Johnson.
The gang resumed their journey. After a few minutes of walk, they stopped.
"Alright gang, we're here..." said Johnson. The police headquarters sat before them.
