Jay's POV
The smell of garlic rice filled the kitchen, and my stomach growled before I even sat down. I grabbed a bowl—then another—and before I knew it, I was on my fifth. Beside me, Percy was just as bad his plate piled high with lechon and hotdogs like he was training for an eating contest. Any ways I was just eat a normal amount .
"You ever gonna slow down?" he teased, mouth full.
"Not a chance," I said, scooping another serving of lechon onto my plate.
The table looked like a mini feast five bowls of rice gone, twenty servings of lechon, and eight hotdogs between us two . We finished breakfast laughing and leaning back in our chairs, totally stuffed but satisfied.
At work :
" hi Jay " Brooke said her smile bright as ever
" hi Brooke " I replied
" hello, Jay and Brooke " Andrew greeted us but his voice softened when he said Brooke.
" Btw where's Drake and mia ?" I asked
" Mia's upstairs " she said " Drake is behind you"
" what ? "
"BOO! " drake yelled and i jumped back scared
" also don't forget we have a business meeting tomorrow , jj "
