Chapter 1 - CHAPTER 1

In the corner of the nightclub, a woman was trembling, constantly tugging at the hem of her dress with trembling hands.

She was Raisa Gladis, recently sold by her uncle and aunt to a large Italian brothel.

"I'll give you the highest price for this woman. I can guarantee she's still a virgin!"

Hearing the embroidery madam's words, Raisa's heart raced. She wanted to run away, but she couldn't. She was guarded by numerous bodyguards.

"500 million..."

"1 billion..."

Many were attracted to Raisa, her beautiful face resembling an angel.

"Who else wants to auction this woman?"

Raisa lowered her head, her thoughts wandering. Her body felt weak.

"100 billion..."

Thumping!

Raisa's heart felt like it was going to stop when she heard that she had been offered that much.

With no one else bidding, the madam gave Raisa to the man who bought her for 100 billion.

"Please, sir, she's yours. Just do whatever you want."

The madam smiled slyly, handing Raisa to the man.

He nodded, then led Raisa into his car.

Nervously, Raisa mustered up the courage to speak.

"S-sorry... If I may ask, what's your name?" Raisa asked quietly. Her face was downcast.

"I don't like it when people talk to me without looking me in the eye. Raise your head, I want to see your face!"

Raisa slowly raised her head and looked at the man.

"Why are you helping me?" Raisa asked.

"I'm not helping you, this is just a game!"

The man smirked.

"I'm Damian Erlangga Vander..."

"You know the Vander family, right?" Damian stared intently at Raisa.

Raisa swallowed her tongue when she heard that the person who bought her was a descendant of Vander.

"Why is your face so pale?"

"It's like you've just seen a ghost."

"It's more of a ghost, sir!" Raisa replied unconsciously.

Raisa fell silent, but her mind was buzzing with questions.

"I bought you at a very high price, which means you must obey all my wishes, without exception," Damian said, with a sinister expression.

Throbbing.

Raisa's heart began to beat faster again, not out of love. But out of fear.

"I can cook, I can clean the house, or I can be a gardener, sir, you're free to choose," Raisa said.

"Your duties are more than that. I bought you at a high price, not to be a maid!" Damian asserted.

"And?" Raisa asked, fearful.

"You'll find out later, what your duties are," Damian replied.

Raisa simply nodded slightly, not asking many questions during the journey.

"Sir, why did you bring me here?" "This mansion?" Raisa asked, her face confused.

"Come on down, answer lots of questions!" Damian said.

Raisa followed Damian's brisk pace.

"Attention everyone..."

Damian gathered all the maids in the mansion.

"This woman I brought with me will be the mistress of this mansion, treat her well. If anyone messes with her, I won't hesitate to fire you all, or worse!" Damian threatened.

"Introduce yourself," Damian looked at Raisa.

"Oh, yes. My name is Raisa Jasmine. "You're free to call me whatever you want," Raisa said, smiling sweetly at all the maids there.

The maids there suspected that the woman named Raisa was Damian's future wife.

"It's not like Master Damian is going to be matched with someone, is it?"

"We're just maids, don't interfere in Master Damian's affairs!"

Damian led Raisa into his private room.

Raisa was quite frightened, afraid of being attacked.

"There are clothes for you in the closet over there, change!" Damian ordered.

"B-but..." Raisa was cut off.

"No buts, you have to obey me, Raisa!" Damian said firmly, in a snappy tone.

Fearing Damian's scary face, Raisa immediately went into the restroom, carrying the clothes he had provided.

"He said earlier that I was the mistress of this mansion, but I'm nothing to you, Damian."

Raisa was confused, but she She just resigned herself to it, because Damian had already bought her life.

"Raisa, are you still taking too long?" Damian shouted from outside.

"Just a moment, sir!" Raisa replied.

After five minutes, Raisa finally emerged from the restroom, wearing the clothes Damian had given her.

"Tsk, that's taking too long. What were you doing in the restroom?" Damian grumbled.

"Sorry, sir," Raisa said, lowering her head.

"Let's have dinner, and then I'll tell you what your duties are," Damian suggested.

Raisa simply nodded, following Damian's instructions.

"Why are you just staring blankly? Don't you like this food?" Damian asked.

"No, I'm just confused. "There's a lot of food, because this is the first time I've seen this much food," Raisa replied.

"Usually, my aunt and uncle give me leftover rice, and it's just rice."

Damian's heart was touched when he heard that Raisa was being mistreated by her family.

"Now you can eat as much as you like," Damian said.

"Can I eat all of this?" Raisa asked.

"Of course I can."
