Chapter 38 - A Plan

Thalia's POV

Elena's presence isn't good.

She is the person that the entire pack wanted to be made Luna by alpha Kade.

And now, I stand in the exact position that I know she has to be eyeing for so long.

I saw it. When she was looking at me, her eyes were full of envy and disgust.

She did a great job of hiding it. But I can see through her veil of lies.

Amy couldn't see it, and that's exactly what Elena is going for.

I'm sure that's her entire game.

She pulls people in with her smile, and once they are close enough, they're too blinded to see her true intentions.

My gut is telling me that no matter how good she is, there's something sinister within her.

It's not as if I care if she wants the position that I now hold. That isn't the least of my concerns.

Heck, I can walk up to her and tell her she can be Luna all she wants.

However, there's only one problem with me doing this. And that is, I won't have a reason to stay in the Obsidian Howl Pack.
