Mia, see to the door, please" Miller called out to his sister. "Hi, you must be....." "Alejandra!" Kendra rushed to the door and embraced Alejandra. "Where's Sammy?" she asked with a frown. Before Alejandra could answer, Miller joined them at the door. "Even I want to know where Sammy is." He told her before kissing her on the chick. " I wanted to be sure if it's okay to bring him along." she replied. "I can go get him" she added. "I'll go with you" Miller said without debate.
"Let me" Miller stretched his hands, took the keys from her and opened her apartment door. As soon as they were inside, Miller pressed Alejandra to the doorframe and kissed her. He first nibbled on her lower lip before moving to the upper one then took her full mouth in his. He kissed her face, earlobes and her nape with such need and urgency, you would think his life depended on the closeness if her body. She replied with her own marching urgency. They felt right in each other's arms. She tagged at his shirt from behind and he unbuttoned her dress buttons. He let her dress fall from her body and moved a step back to admire the goddess that stood before him. She was charming with her pale milky skin. She was everything he had imagined and more. He slowly released a breathe he didn't realize he was holding. "You're beautiful, Alejandra" he whispered as he took her lips savagely again and carried her to the couch. She helped him out of his shirt and rubbed her palm over his bare chest, feeling his heartbeat as fast as hers. Her nipples gathered tautly in her bra as Miller circled a finger over one then to the next and did same before unclasping her bra. He blew a slow whistle as her naked breasts were exposed to his view. He smoothed a palm over one pale breast and took a pink nipple in his mouth and suckled. Alejandra gasped out of pleasure and total surrender then. She raised her chest higher for more of his administrations. Miller stroked and caressed every inch of her body, using both his hands and tongue. She unfastened his trouser's belt and he quickly discarded and dumped them on the floor before joining her on the couch again. At this point, the only barrier between their bodies were her transparent lacy pantie and his briefs. "Take me" Alejandra whispered between kisses. Miller froze at this, looked into the depths of her green eyes to see if she's got any doubts lurking there. "You're sure you want this?" he asked. "Never been more sure about anything, my whole life..." she replied then added "now, this very minute" He was just about discarding the rest of their clothing when the doorbell sounded. "Shit!" Miller bit out. "I'll get the door, must be Mia. Get dressed" he ordered her. When he opened the door, it was Mia and she looked at him with a puzzled then a knowing look. Miller chuckled then ask "what now?!" Mia suppressed a giggle before replying. "All guests are in and everything is set, we just need you around to set the ball rolling plus, Kendra wants Sammy!" She left as soon as she saw Alejandra approach. "We need to be at the party now, with Sammy." he sucked in a breathe before adding "I'm sorry. Will make it up to you" he promised then kissed her fully, on the lips. It was Kendra's seventh birthday party.
"Isn't she adorable? She's such an angel" Mia told Alejandra later, when they were seated at the balcony while Kendra and her friends played with Sammy. "Yeah....she is." Ale replied. "What do you feel for my brother? What do you want from him 'cause, I can pretty much tell you his feelings towards you are much more than just some sexual drive and more profound. He's been hurt before and, I sure as hell don't want him getting hurt all over again" Mia told Alejandra and further told her about her brother's ex wife.
"What are we celebrating?" Alejandra asked when Miller produced a bottle of wine and two glasses. He filled the glasses with wine and handed one over to her. He raised his glass up before making a toast "To us" then they clicked their glasses. They sipped their wine then, Miller said, "Alejandra, marry me." She spilled the wine on the floor mat on hearing that. Her initial reaction was to laugh over it 'cause, she thought it was one of his wicked jokes until she saw the look on his face, then her laughter died on her lips. She realized he was being serious. She stared at him for a long time, trying to figure out what this was all about. "Ale, I know you've lost faith in men, love and in marriage. Believe me, I know that feeling. I can't promise you a perfect life but, I assure you of my love and devotion. I'm sure you're the woman I wanna have beside me, spend the rest of my life with. I want to grow gray with you. I need you....Kendra needs you too. I love you, Alejandra" he said and waited patiently for her to react. "Oh Mill, I don't know what to say now. I thought you would never get here!" she said and threw herself on him in a bear hug. "I wanna be with you too, and Kendra....always!" she added as tears found their way down her chicks. Miller kissed her then. He blew a whistle and Sammy came to his side. He untied a velvet ring box from around it's neck. When he opened and produced a silver engagement band with emeralds all it, Alejandra gasped. Miller bent on a knee and held Alejandra's hand while looking into her eyes and proposed again, officially. "Alejandra Maria Cole, do me the honour of being my wife....for all eternity" he said and ever slowly, slid the ring over her finger when she nodded her heard apparently too emotional to say anything. There was claps and shouts as Miller stood and kissed his wife to be. Kendra, Mia and a few other friends were in hiding when Miller was proposing. Mia actually said a prayer for her brother the whole time. There was a whole lot of hugging and kissing. Everyone congratulated them and toasted to their happiness. "May I call you mummy now?" Kendra ask. "Yes, darling" Alejandra replied and gathered her in her arms and kissed her all over.
The church bells rung as the newly weds came out to cheers from loved ones. Miller and Alejandra were joined in holy matrimony at the Truth Evangelical Church sixteen days after the marriage proposal. Theirs was a solemn affair. Right now, refreshments were being served at the Tyna Events Gardens. Kendra was seated across her parents with her aunt, Mia and her fiancé and his twin sister.
"Attention attention attention" Miller called out as he hit his wine glass with a pen for attention. When he had the audience, he proceeded to make a toast. "I want to make a toast to the woman who brought joy, happiness, a sense of fulfilment and belonging plus, peace into my life. Mrs Alejandra Maria Cole Mills" he said then held out his hand to his wife and helped her onto her fit. "You're the best person that has ever happened to me. I'm thankful to God, for bringing you into our lives. God bless you and, may you be happy...always. I love you" he added and kissed her amid applause, cheering and laughter. "Cheers to love" someone said and everyone followed suit.
"Honey, Sammy was no coincidence" Miller said to his fifteen weeks pregnant wife while they sat under their summer hut, going through their wedding and vacation picture. His wife turned her head to glare at him. "I don't get you" she said. Miller smiled at her. "I brought him to your door. When you moved in, I realized you had no visitors and no one ever came home with you. You always walked alone in the mornings and in the evenings and I knew you were lonely. So, I figured you wouldn't accept a gift from anyone especially, coming from a stranger and a man at that. I went to the vet, got Sammy and lied that it was to appease my pissed girlfriend so, they were to act ignorant should you come reporting a stray. The rest, you know" he finished. Alejandra shook her head in amazement. "I think it makes sense now that you told me. It explains why Sammy took to you so easily. Thank you, for Sammy, Kendra, Mia and everything...and for being in my life. I couldn't have wished for anything better" she told him with a kiss. They were happy and at peace now that they've found themselves. And with Kendra and her little brother or sister on the way, they felt complete and at home.
