Chapter 56 - Chapter 1: Daily Chaoses

**Paras City – A Gentle Spring Morning**

Many days had slipped quietly by since the night Tokyo Tower became a battlefield and the sky burned orange with Astra's awakening. The scars across the city were slowly fading: cracked streets patched with fresh concrete, broken buildings repaired brick by brick, and the people returning to their routines with a cautious, hopeful rhythm. Spring had arrived without fanfare. The air was neither biting cold nor heavy with summer heat — it was soft, almost tender, carrying the sweet perfume of cherry blossoms drifting from the small parks and the warm, yeasty scent of fresh bread rising from street vendors' ovens. The sky was a calm, endless blue, scattered with lazy white clouds that moved like forgotten dreams across the horizon.

Inside Yuki's small, cozy house on the quiet edge of Paras City, sunlight poured through the half-open window in warm golden ribbons. The room felt lived-in and loved: soft blankets piled on the bed, a low shelf holding Astra's old childhood drawings and a few dog-eared books, a small table still carrying half-eaten mochi from last night, and the faint, comforting smell of jasmine tea lingering in the air.

Yuki sat cross-legged in the middle of the bed, arms folded tightly, lips pushed out in the most dramatic pout imaginable — like an angry cat who had just been denied her favorite treat. Her hair was loose and slightly tangled from sleep, her usual idol makeup replaced by the soft, natural glow she only allowed herself at home.

"Hono-kun?" she called, voice thick with exaggerated indignation. "You know I'm angry, right?"

On the other side of the room, Honokage stood shirtless in front of the open wardrobe, morning light sliding across the hard lines of his muscles like liquid gold. His dark hair was still damp from a shower, droplets catching the sun as he rummaged through the clothes with quiet, almost comical frustration.

"Uhh… First I lost my kimono… then the shirt as well. What's happening?" he muttered, more to himself than to her.

Yuki leapt off the bed in one fluid motion and stomped over, planting her hands on her hips and glaring up at him.

"Oi!"

Honokage didn't even glance up, still digging through the wardrobe like a man searching for buried treasure.

Yuki puffed her cheeks even further, eyes narrowing.

"You know one thing? You turned my eyes normal now. No more golden glow, no more crimson shine, no more bandages. That's okay… but my market value as an idol has gone down!"

Honokage finally paused. He didn't turn around, but the tension in his shoulders eased just slightly.

"It's just okay," he said in that calm, even tone of his. "I did it to save you. You won't look too bad without the glow."

Yuki's eyes widened in pure, theatrical outrage.

"Ehh!? You didn't even look at me!? How bad you are…"

Honokage slowly turned. His crimson-black eyes caught the morning light and glowed faintly for a heartbeat — polished obsidian kissed by fire. He looked at her — really looked — and something soft and unguarded flickered behind his usual stoic mask.

"So what do you want?" he asked quietly. "I keep watching you 24/7? Didn't I get any work?"

Yuki froze mid-pout. Her cheeks flushed a sudden, vivid pink. She started wiggling in place, suddenly shy and flustered.

"Ahh… I mean… I mean I didn't mean like that… You can because you came after a long time… You can't… What should I say ahh!"

Honokage sighed — a long, patient exhale — and turned back to the wardrobe.

Yuki's pout returned instantly. She muttered under her breath as she walked away, arms crossed.

"I hate this man…"

A few minutes later she peeked back into the room, leaning against the doorframe with one shoulder.

Honokage was still searching for his shirt.

"What do you want now?" he asked without turning.

Yuki fidgeted with the hem of her sleeve, then spoke softly.

"Umm… Actually… Let's go outside?"

Honokage paused again.

"Of course… not."

Yuki's eyes widened in genuine shock. She stomped over and dropped onto the bed beside him.

"Why!?? Hono-kun!!"

Honokage turned slightly, giving her a small, menacing smile that didn't reach his eyes.

"It's because… you said you hate me."

Yuki immediately switched to full cat mode — big, pleading eyes, pouty lips, arms wrapping around him in a dramatic hug.

"It was just a joke… I swear… I don't hate you really…"

She started dragging him by the hand toward the door, using all her strength.

"Come with me!"

Honokage resisted gently.

"But I didn't find my shirt…"

Yuki blushed slightly, turning her face away so he wouldn't see.

"You actually look good without a shirt. So… without a shirt isn't an issue."

Honokage facepalmed with one hand.

"What will I do with you?"

Yuki tugged harder, giggling despite herself.

"Justttt comeeeee!! Don't complain!!"

Honokage suddenly pulled his hand back.

Yuki stumbled forward and fell right onto him.

They landed on the bed together — Yuki sprawled across his chest, face inches from his.

Honokage yawned dramatically, eyes half-lidded.

"I'm not going anywhere…"

Yuki's pout melted into something softer. She snuggled closer, resting her cheek against his chest, listening to the steady beat of his heart.

"Okay then… I'm not going either. Let's just rest in the house. Just some time with you… that's all I want to spend…"

Honokage sighed — a long, quiet sound filled with something tender and tired. He wrapped one arm around her shoulders, letting her stay there, safe and close.

The morning light moved slowly across the room, painting everything in gentle gold.

**Cut to Space – Planet Yada**

A golden planet hung silently in the void — no trees, no rivers, no life. Only endless mountains and plains of shimmering golden mud under a sky of pure, endless gold light.

Blu stood with arms folded, golden aura faintly shimmering around him like a quiet flame.

Astra stood opposite, small but smiling with unshakable determination.

Blu narrowed his eyes, voice calm but heavy with meaning.

"As I brought you here, giving the duty to Fella… this training isn't going to be easy."

Astra's smile widened, silver eyes bright.

"Yeah sure, Master… and I know that."

Blu's voice dropped lower.

"Are you ready?"

Astra clenched his fists, aura flickering faintly around him.

"Of course. Just bring it on!"

They rushed forward at the same instant.

Their fists collided in mid-air.

Silver flames and golden sparkles exploded outward in a brilliant, deafening clash.

The ground beneath them shattered like glass. Nearby mountains cracked and crumbled in slow motion, golden dust rising into the air like glittering snow.

Astra roared, forcing his punch harder, silver flames roaring brighter.

The impact shattered the screen like fragile crystal.

**Transition to Wano's Forest**

Wano sat quietly on a large, moss-covered rock beside a clear stream. Sunlight filtered through the canopy in soft beams, dappling the ground with light and shadow. Squirrels chased each other through the branches above her, their tiny paws making almost no sound.

Uraka sat cross-legged nearby on the soft grass, eyes closed in meditation, a faint pink aura glowing gently around her like a protective cocoon.

Wano watched the squirrels for a long moment, then stood up silently. She walked deeper into the forest, bare feet silent on the moss. She gathered a woven basket of fresh fruits — sweet red berries, ripe golden peaches, crisp green apples still kissed by morning dew.

She returned and gently placed the basket in front of Uraka.

"Uraka… come on, eat it. You seem hungry."

Uraka opened one eye, a small, peaceful smile curving her lips.

"After I meditate, I will eat."

Wano nodded, sitting back down beside her.

"Okay, as you wish."

**Cut to Paras City Office**

Fella sat at a large wooden desk piled high with documents. Sunlight streamed through the window behind her. She sneezed suddenly while signing yet another reconstruction permit, then laughed softly at herself.

**Cut to North Lakeside – A Quiet Afternoon**

Sensei Sai sat on a simple wooden chair by the calm water, sipping fresh juice from a bamboo cup. Beside him, Suro sat cross-legged on the grass, smiling brightly.

"You like it?" Suro asked, hopeful.

Sai nodded slowly.

"Of course I did."

Suro grinned proudly.

"See? I can make better juice."

Sai chuckled, eyes crinkling.

"It was ordered juice by the way."

Suro's face fell dramatically.

"Who told you to expose?"

Sai laughed — a warm, genuine sound that echoed softly across the lake.

**Back to Yuki's House – Late Morning**

Yuki sat on the bed in ordinary clothes, kicking her legs back and forth like a restless child.

"La la la\~ Hono-kun? Let's play something?"

Honokage sat across from her, still shirtless, looking mildly exasperated but fond.

"Now what?"

Yuki giggled, eyes sparkling.

"Like chess or something."

Honokage nodded quietly.

"Then let's play chess?"

Yuki jumped up excitedly, ran to the drawing room, and returned with the old chess set.

She placed it carefully on the bed between them.

Honokage watched her for a moment, then spoke softly.

"Can I ask you something?"

Yuki climbed back onto the bed and sat cross-legged, tilting her head.

"Yes?"

Honokage's voice was gentle but serious.

"You are being too free with me… You don't be that free with Astra or any other person."

Yuki froze for a heartbeat.

She turned her face toward the wall, silent for three full seconds.

Honokage tilted his head slightly.

"What happened? Did I ask something wrong?"

Yuki shook her head quickly.

"Absolutely not…"

Honokage waited patiently.

"Then answer it."

Yuki took a deep breath, then turned back to him with a soft, vulnerable smile.

"Just… you are the one person who understands me."

She continued quietly, voice barely above a whisper.

"What I love most, what makes me really happy, how to be okay with me…"

She looked down at her hands, then back up at him.

"And you also protect me."

Honokage's expression softened further — something tender and unguarded flickering in his crimson-black eyes.

"I understood…"

Yuki's smile brightened, eyes shining.

"Let's play then?"

Honokage nodded.

"Yeah…"

Honokage took the black pieces, Yuki the white.

Honokage moved his pawn first.

Yuki moved hers.

The game began slowly.

Honokage's soldier ate Yuki's pawn quickly.

Yuki's knight ate his knight.

Honokage's queen moved aggressively and ate Yuki's king in just a few minutes.

Yuki pouted dramatically, arms folded tightly.

"I don't want to play… You are cheating."

Honokage raised an eyebrow, voice dry.

"That's called intelligence, girl."

Yuki huffed, cheeks puffed out.

"Let's play something else?"

Honokage leaned back against the headboard.

"Nah… I want to sleep."

Yuki's eyes widened in disbelief.

"Sleep already!? You have slept for 9 hours! You can't sleep this fast?"

Honokage was already lying down, eyes half-closed.

"Nah… I'll sleep."

Yuki sighed but smiled softly. She lay down beside him, snuggling close until her head rested on his chest.

"Okay… Just rest. Don't sleep."

She reached over to a low shelf and pulled out an old, well-loved book.

"Look."

It was filled with Astra's childhood drawings, writings, and little doodled emojis — pages and pages of memories.

Yuki giggled, turning the pages slowly.

"All that Astra wrote when he was just a child."

Honokage's eyes widened slightly as he leaned closer to see.

"So that chaotic gremlin knows how to write and draw, huh?"

Yuki smiled proudly, voice full of love.

"And the teacher is… me."

Honokage sighed — a long, fond sound.

"As I expected… No one can control chaos besides you."

They turned the pages together in comfortable silence.

A drawing of Astra sitting in a garden of flowers, mouth stuffed full of chocolates, eyes sparkling with mischief.

Yuki: "This is the cutest one."

Another drawing — Astra riding a tiger cub, its mouth open in a tiny, cute roar.

Honokage: "He tamed that tiger's cub."

Another — Astra standing on a hippo's back, smiling while the hippo roared dramatically.

Yuki laughed brightly.

"Bwahhahahah. That is one of the funniest…"

Then a poem in childish, wobbly handwriting:

*Roses are red,*

*sky is blue,*

*there is no doubt*

*that my sister is beautiful.*

Yuki's eyes softened, voice tender.

"It doesn't match rhythm much… but his thought is cute…"

The next page showed a darker drawing — Astra standing on red ground under a crimson sky, roaring dragons circling above him.

Honokage's expression changed instantly. Something heavy settled in his chest.

He spoke quietly.

"It's his home planet Sin, right?"

Yuki sighed softly, fingers tracing the edge of the page.

"Yes… It's cruel. Even Astra's own father was against him just because he was stronger since birth. So I don't let Astra struggle with that memory. I try to keep those parts locked away."

Honokage's voice was low, almost gentle.

"I can feel that. But don't worry. He will be okay whatever comes."

Yuki smiled slightly, though her eyes were still sad.

"Yeah. He's growing up… and he's strong enough to defend against threats.""

Her smile faded a little more.

"But still… he is emotional by heart… Even after being that intelligent."

Honokage placed his hand on her head, patting gently — slow, steady strokes meant to calm her racing thoughts.

Yuki leaned into the touch, closing her eyes.

They stayed like that for a long time — quiet, close, healing in the soft morning light that filled the room.
