He reached into his storage capsule and carefully handed her a small sealed bottle.
Videl looked at it curiously.
"What is this?"
"It's a medicine for heart disease."

"It can treat almost every known form of heart disease. I had it specially developed."
Videl's hands immediately began to tremble as She carefully held the bottle as if it were priceless.
"Gohan..." Tears gathered in her eyes "Thank you... thank you so much."

He looked around the dojo.
"By the way, where's Mr. Satan? I haven't seen him."

"Dad's been staying at the hospital." as She took a deep breath "Mom's condition has gotten worse these past few days."
She looked down at the medicine again.

Then she hesitated.
"How much does this cost? I'll ask Dad to pay you."
Gohan shook his head immediately.
"It's a gift."
He smiled.
"Think of it as my way of thanking both of you for everything you've done for the city."
Videl frowned.
"But I can't accept something this valuable for free."
Before Gohan could answer, Trunks suddenly spoke with his mouth full of takoyaki.
"Big Sis, you should take it!"
Both of them looked at him.
"If Big Brother Gohan is giving it to you, it means you're really important to him!"
Trunks said innocently.
After all, Bulma had often told him bedtime stories about how Gohan always protected the people he cared about.
Hearing him Videl froze as faint blush slowly appeared on her cheeks as She glanced away, too embarrassed to say anything.

He waved goodbye to Videl before flying toward West City.
After dropping Trunks safely back at Capsule Corporation, Gohan turned around and flew back toward his home on Mount Paozu.
After arriving, Gohan stopped by Tien and Launch's house, which was just below Mount Paozu, before heading home.
By the time he returned, it was already dinner time.
After finishing dinner, Gohan stretched out on the sofa and spent a couple of hours watching TV. Before long, he yawned.
"Man... today was peaceful," he muttered with a satisfied smile.
For the first time in a long while, life finally felt normal again.

He had finally reached the next stage.

At that exact moment, Goku sensed the overwhelming ki.

Using Instant Transmission, he instantly returned.
Even though his body ached, his fighting spirit only burned brighter.
"This one's my strongest punch!"
He gathered every bit of strength he had and drove his fist straight into Gohan's chest.

"I know you will, Dad but until then. , i'll keep getting stronger."
Goku laughed.
"Don't get too far ahead of me! I'll catch up someday!"
The father and son smiled at each other before returning to their own training.
Not long afterward, Vegeta arrived as He found Goku sitting on a rock, bruised and exhausted.

Vegeta folded his arms.
"Fight me."
Goku grinned despite his injuries.

The two Saiyans immediately began another battle that lasted until sunset, By the end, both of them were completely exhausted before finally returning home.
