Chapter 21 - Chapter 199 The leader of the Jimei Group, Yu Xiaogang, arrives at Shrek Academy.

Ma Hongjun couldn't distinguish between the reality and illusion of the dream anymore; some parts were right, some were wrong, and the feelings were all different.

He thought Xiao Wu knew too, but over the past few days, she seemed to know nothing.

"Xiao Wu, where did Xiao Wu go? Fatty, have you seen Xiao Wu?"

Ma Hongjun, who was still thinking, was startled back to his senses by this exclamation.

"What are you yelling about? Isn't it obvious? It's obvious she was captured by that Titan Giant Ape."

Ma Hongjun directly scolded back. Damn it, Tang Hao, why didn't he show up?

His own son's manhood was gone and he didn't even show up. He's such an idiot.

Ma Hongjun resented Tang Hao, resented Tang San, and resented Xiao Wu. If it weren't for them, how could they have ended up like this?

To this day, Ma Hongjun still didn't know that Tang Hao had long regarded Toad Tang San as a dead man and didn't even know that Tang San was still alive.

"No, I have to find Xiao Wu!"

Toad Tang San said, preparing to get up, but the pain in his body made him fall to the ground instantly.

Ma Hongjun watched coldly, saying nothing, and began to use his soul power to repair his injuries. Although it wasn't very effective, it could at least stop the bleeding.

Zhao Wuji rested for a while, then struggled to his feet: "Ning Rongrong, Zhu Zhuqing!"

Zhu Zhuqing poked her head out from the grass, pretending to have just woken up from her unconsciousness, and helped Ning Rongrong, who had fainted again, to her feet: "Teacher Zhao, we're here."

Zhao Wuji was relieved; it was good that she was alright.

But Xiao Wu, sigh... Zhao Wuji sighed helplessly; it seemed her chances of survival were slim.

"Xiao San, Fatty, you two help Xiao Ao and the others; we'll go out and heal our injuries first,"

Zhao Wuji said without giving them a chance to refuse.

Suddenly, Xiao Wu poked her head out from the other side: "Teacher Zhao, Third Brother... I'm back."

"Xiao Wu? How did you get back? Weren't you captured?"

Zhao Wuji exclaimed in surprise. Only Ma Hongjun and Zhu Zhuqing knew what had happened.

Xu Xin had already told Zhu Zhuqing that Xiao Wu was a soul beast, and that the Titan Giant Ape had come looking for Xiao Wu.

"I don't know what happened. When I woke up, I heard a huge bull's roar, and the Titan Giant Ape abandoned me and ran away."

Xiao Wu's lame excuse convinced Zhao Wuji and the others. Ma Hongjun, who knew the truth, sneered inwardly.

That's what Xiao Wu said, but in reality, she had begged the Titan Giant Ape for a long time, even kissing him, before he released her. Otherwise, he wouldn't have agreed.

"Since you're back, let's go out and heal our wounds first."

Zhao Wuji said helplessly. This trip had been a huge loss, leaving him childless. Even his own offspring had problems. Sigh.

Zhu Zhuqing helped Ning Rongrong, Xiao Wu helped Tang San (the Toad), Ma Hongjun helped Dai Mubai, and Zhao Wuji carried Oscar on his back.

The Shrek group, looking miserable, hurried towards the clinic in Soto City. They had no choice; they were poor and had to walk.

By the time they reached the clinic, their wounds had worsened—in short, they had turned into girls.

Shrek had gained four new best friends; the Shrek Sisterhood was formed.

Zhao Wuji's situation wasn't as bad; he would recover after a while. After several days of treatment, the group returned to Shrek Academy.

Shrek Academy was deathly silent; everyone was in a state of profound stillness, and no one mentioned these events.

"Old Zhao, are you sure you're not lying to me?" Flander stared at Zhao Wuji in shock, finding his words unbelievable. Was it really that bizarre?

Zhao Wuji hadn't mentioned the little ones turning into girls; they'd all tacitly kept it a secret.

"Flander, what he's saying is probably true. The one who scared away the Titan Giant Ape was likely the Emperor of the Star Dou Great Forest: the Azure Bull Python."

Grandmaster Yu Xiaogang's voice rang out from outside the door.

"Hahaha, Wuji, it seems you were telling the truth. Those who know have already arrived."

Flander excitedly opened the door to welcome Yu Xiaogang. This was his good brother; they were finally reunited.

Xueya, Ya-mei, where are you now?

  "Xiaogang!"

Flander excitedly hugged Yu Xiaogang. Yu Xiaogang took a deep breath—very good.

"Wuji, I wonder what kind of spirit ring you got for Xiao San this time?"

Yu Xiaogang released Flander and looked at Zhao Wuji curiously.

Zhao Wuji gave a wry smile and then recounted what had happened: he hadn't managed to hunt a spirit ring and had even been beaten up by two Spirit Masters.

"Impossible! According to my research, a second spirit ring can't be a thousand-year-old one. And how could two Spirit Masters possibly defeat you? Heh, Wuji, you can't joke about something like this."

Yu Xiaogang directly refuted Zhao Wuji's words. How laughable! He, Yu Xiaogang, had been copying books for so long, and he didn't even know about spirit ring ages?

A thousand-year-old second ring, ten thousand-year-old fourth ring—heh, lying without even thinking!

Zhao Wuji was speechless. Where did this piece of trash come from? He had personally experienced it; how could it be false?

"Master, if you don't believe me, you can ask your disciple Tang San. He was there too."

Zhao Wuji gave Flander face and didn't curse him out. A level 29 piece of trash was really giving him too much credit.

Yu Xiaogang's face darkened. Could it be true?

Flander immediately stepped in to smooth things over: "Alright, alright, that's not important. Little Gang, since you're here, let's go hunt for spirit rings together. We can give the little ones some advice."

Hearing Flander's words, Yu Xiaogang nodded: "Okay, in that case, let's go in two weeks."

Zhao Wuji didn't say anything. If they encountered a Titan Giant Ape again, he'd definitely be the first to run.

The next day, the seven gathered in the center of the square, and Flander made a grand entrance with Yu Xiaogang.

"Let me introduce you. This is Xiao San's teacher, and he'll be your teacher from now on. He'll be in charge of planning your training."

Flander's words caused a stir. Zhu Zhuqing coldly stared at him. This guy was only level 29? What could he possibly do?

Ning Rongrong, however, spoke up directly, "Dean Flander, what use is a level 29 Great Soul Master?"

Upon hearing this, not only Yu Xiaogang, but even Xiao Wu and Tang San frowned involuntarily…

"Hehe, Ning Rongrong, don't you know the saying 'Don't judge a book by its cover'?"

"Grandmaster's strength isn't high, but his theories are unparalleled on the continent."

"Therefore, he's more than capable of teaching you."

Flander smiled, praising Yu Xiaogang greatly.

  "Oh?"

  "Since he's so powerful…"

"Then can he also give us a ten-thousand-year fourth soul ring?"

Ning Rongrong said excitedly. If her fourth ring was also ten-thousand-year, it would definitely impress her father.
