Chapter 185 - Blasphemous Moon

As the saints were preparing to leave, Rimuru had suddenly invited Hinata to stay to further relations.

He had given her back her sword that he had previously devoured. This resulted to all the saints and Hinata deciding to stay and enjoy the luxuries of the Jura-Tempest federation.

Currently, everyone was sitting in that open area and enjoying food to their hearts content.

There was the beastketeers from Eurazania, the saints from Lubelius, there was evens three of Pneuma's lords currently; those three lords being Yuura, Kevin and Gehrman.

(A/N: ain't gonna lie, I forgot Gehrman existed.)

Evens there ever emotionless Louis was enjoying himself.

But Rimuru had noticed that there was just one notable mention that was missing, 'Where is Simon?'

Simon had gone missing when the party started. Looking at Luminous and the three lords under Pneuma and their concerned expressions, it was clear that he wasn't the only one who was currently worried about Simon's whereabouts.

"That jackass is always running off to do some dumb crap." Luminous complained.

The people that were currently walking off to find me were Rimuru, Hinata, Gehrman and Luminous who were walking off to find me.

"Lady Luminous, what is it about Simon that you are currently angry about?" Gehrman asked confused.

"It's nothing." Luminous couldn't explain her frustration with me at the moment.

They couldn't exactly track me but they didn't need to, not long after, they had heard this beautiful hum coming from the air. The voice sounded so serene and enchanting, like a siren luring in its prey.

They all followed the sound and found me sitting cross-legged next to a pond looking at the moon.

"Simon, what the hell are you doing here? You know that the party is the other way, right?" Rimuru asked in confusion.

"Sorry, I have stuff on my mind at the moment… and I'm not particularly interested in getting drunk."

" Oh really, why don't you tell us what is on your mind?" Luminous asked in an upset tone.

I didn't say anything, I just pointed to where I was staring at earlier. When everyone looked up, they saw… a second moon. This moon didn't seem to have a solid surface, it's surface constantly moving and deforming.

Gehrman: "Is that…"

Simon: "Yes Gehrman, that's Eden."

Everyone just looked at the second moon with astonishment, " That's your home? It looks so big." Rimuru said impressed.

Gehrman: " Actually, it looks quite small in comparison."

Huh…

Everyone was just shocked by Gehrman's words, " How is that small at all. You literally created a moon."

"True but the actually internal composition of Eden consist of multiple celestial bodies far larger then the moon. One of the two theories I have on it being so small is because it's probably very far awa- why is everyone looking at me?"

Everyone was looking at me in bewilderment, like I had just made their internal hardware crash.

Gehrman: "To be fair, you just said that Eden had multiple planetary structures within it. That does seem a bit outlandish and difficult to comprehend."

"Well obviously, it's outlandish." I stood up, "We both know I have a habit of overcompensating and Eden is something I've slowly been developing over the course of the better part of eighty years. I don't settle for normal."

Gehrman: "Ok but there is still the big elephant here, why is Eden visible to the Cardinal world? I thought that Eden was meant to be cloaked in-between dimensions?"

Simon: "I had V.A begin it's analysis earlier. We just have to wait for it."

Suddenly, space folded above their heads and grayfog decended from above as a spike of fog was about to reach them, at the top of that spike was a golden light.

" What is this?" Hinata was too stunned to speak.

The tendrils opened up and that golden light revealed itself as a golden cube.

Gehrman: " Allow me to explain, when Eden was initially conceived, Lord Simon had created a series of twelve weapons known as the divine keys and dispersed them among his surbordinates."

Gehrman then took off his bracelet which then instantly morphed into a giant neon purple scythe, " I, myself, was given the third divine key. The Key of sanctuary, Seven thunders of retribution."

Gehrman then pointed towards the golden cube, "That is the first divine key, the Key of revelations, Void Archives. It is the personal weapon of Pneuma."

"Thank you for that very dramatic explaination Gehrman." I said sarcastically.

"My pleasure Milord." Gehrman said theatrically.

Simon: " My thank you wasn't sincere."

Gehrman: " But my pleasure was."

{Uhh… is there something you needed from me Admin?}

"Have you completed the analysis?"

{Yes, would you like me to speak aloud?}

I looked at the faces around me for a second, "Eh, go ahead."

{Firstly that your first theory about it simply being far away is wrong. What you see is it projecting from its own dimension.}

" So it's not a matter distance? Meaning that Eden is visible from other dimensions aswell."

{That's correct. Permission to activate cross dimension projection to other realms?}

"Permission granted, show us the Demon world V.A." I said gleefully.

Suddenly everyone watched as the landscape changed, the terrain and environment around us was being overlayed with another.

The terrain changed to a lifeless visage with flowing sands and broken structures buried just visible above the surface.

Everything within this place was a complete contrast to what the Central world is… except for one thing, the moon in the sky.

The Blasphemous Moon.

"Not gonna lie, despite it's bleak appearance, it's honestly quite beautiful, don't you all think."

Everyone just blank stared at me.

"Anyways, Project the Elemental realm."

The landscape changed to a golden visage, islands floating in the sky, multiple elementals flying together in harmony.

And there it was, in the sky, the moon shrouded in fog. Covering the sky.

But there was a slight difference, the elementals that exist within the realm had built shrines, shrines to me.
