Two Weeks Later
LUNCH TIME
Lukas came back to the room after buying food at the canteen.
He saw a letter inside his bag.
"Hmmm? What is this? Did someone mistakenly put this in my bag?"
Lukas glanced at his seatmate.
"Someone put it in your bag while you were out buying at the canteen."
Lukas wanted to ask who put it there, but he was shy since they didn't talk much.
"Ohh, thanks."
Lukas kept the letter, planning to read it after he got home.
The day ended, and Lukas finally arrived home.
"Finally, the day is done."
He suddenly remembered the letter he got from school.
"Hmmm… let's see what kind of letter this is."
Lukas hoped it wasn't a threat, blackmail, or anything bad.
"Oh, this is long."
Lukas started reading it.
"It's a love letter?!?!?"
Lukas thought it couldn't be real.He didn't think much about his appearance or attitude, so he was surprised.
"Ohh… I need to thank this someone, but they didn't put their name on it."
Lukas thought it was too early to enter a relationship. He decided he would just thank the sender, with no intention of accepting their feelings.
A Month Before the End of School
Ellienne - Lukas' seatmate
"Hey, Lukas!"
Elienne shouted.
"Hmmm? Oh, hey, Eliene!"
Lukas and Eliene became friends because Lukas was energetic, friendly, extroverted, and had a great sense of humor.
"Uhh, I think you forgot to say handsome and kind."
Eliene was a quiet girl, but she was the smartest among their classmates.
"Yeah, that's my sister!"
Lukas called Eliene his sister because he felt that she was more mature for her age. She is also older than him, even though they were in the same class.
"Uhh, Eliene, do you perhaps remember who put the letter in my bag months ago?"
"Oh, the letter… it's—"
