Chapter 10 - The Last Prophet Of Earth

Chapter Four Part Two

The Truth of the Seal

The Protector's voice echoed across the world.

"Five thousand years ago…"

"Your messengers came."

Humanity trembled.

"They preached ascension."

"They preached salvation."

"But what they brought…"

His eyes hardened.

"…was conquest."

The Protector lifted his hand, pointing toward the tear.

"You call yourself Creator."

"But you are only a ruler."

"A ruler who feared one thing…"

His voice dropped.

"…Earth's potential."

Zheng Wen Te Hears Everything

In his apartment, Zheng Wen Te lay on the floor, shaking.

His cigarette had long burned out.

His bottle lay forgotten.

His ruined life meant nothing now.

Because he was hearing words that rewrote existence.

Creator.

Seal.

Earth's potential.

Myths.

Protection.

His chest tightened.

For the first time in five years…

he felt something other than emptiness.

Not joy.

Not peace.

But…

purpose.

Or perhaps…

doom.

The sky-screen suddenly focused.

Not on the Protector.

Not on the tear.

But on him.

Across the world—

billions of people saw his face.

A broken man in a dim room.

A ghost.

A nobody.

And yet…

the heavens were watching him.

The Protector's eyes shifted slightly.

"…So it is you."

The Creator's voice became colder than death.

"The vessel…"

"…has awakened."

The War Begins

And then—

the war began.

No trumpet sounded.

No declaration was needed.

The heavens simply moved.

The tear above the world split wider, like an eye opening fully.

From within it, divine intent descended—

not soldiers…

but laws.

Invisible pressure crushed mortal minds.

Millions fell to their knees as their bones threatened to shatter.

Zheng Wen Te's soul felt as if it were being peeled open.

And yet—

before the force could reach them—

the Protector lifted a finger.

He flicked his hand.

The World's First Shield

Light erupted.

A translucent veil spread across the planet in an instant, wrapping cities, oceans, forests, and deserts alike.

Not a wall—

a promise.

The Protector's voice echoed softly:

"Remain beneath the seal."

"You are not yet ready to witness gods."

But it was too late.

The sky had become a battlefield.

The Moon Breaks, The Sun Dims

Heaven struck.

Reality screamed.

The dragon roared, scales igniting like galaxies.

The warrior thrust upward—

and the collision erased sound itself.

Earth trembled as continents groaned.

Then—

a divine strike glanced sideways.

It brushed the Moon.

The Moon split.

A scar of light tore across its surface.

Fragments drifted outward like falling teeth.

Humanity screamed as the night shattered.

The Protector moved at last.

One palm.

One motion.

A wave expanded outward—

and the Sun itself dimmed, as if covered by an unseen hand.

Planets trembled in the distance.

Storms collapsed.

Rings shattered.

Reality itself was losing.
