Chapter 2 - The sacred feeling

Love entered her life quietly. It grew in long conversations, in glances that lingered a second too long, in promises that felt permanent at the time. He was not perfect, and neither was she — just two inexperienced hearts believing they had found something rare.

When he said he would stay, she trusted him without hesitation. To her, first love felt sacred, almost divine — untouched by doubt, untouched by endings.

She believed love, once found, was meant to last.

She did not yet understand how fragile certainty can be.
