Chapter 2 - CH 2 :Rebirth in an Ancient World

Cold wind brushed against his skin.

Rudra felt weight pressing against his tiny body. His arms moved weakly.

Why… can't I move properly?

A loud cry escaped his mouth.

"Waaah!"

The sound startled him.

That… that's my voice?

It sounded like a newborn child.

Rudra tried opening his eyes.

Blurry shapes appeared around him.

Wooden beams.

A small clay lamp.

The smell of smoke and herbs filled the air.

"Congratulations! A healthy boy!" a woman said happily.

Another voice answered with relief.

"May the gods bless him."

Rudra's mind spun.

Wait…

Did Lord Shiva really send me to the past?

His tiny body was wrapped in cloth and gently placed beside a tired woman.

His mother.

The realization struck him like lightning.

I've been reborn.

The world slowly became clearer as his newborn eyes adjusted to the dim light.

The house looked simple — mud walls, wooden roof beams, clay pots in the corner.

This was definitely not the 21st century.

This must be… Dwapara Yuga.

Suddenly a faint golden glow appeared inside his mind.

A familiar interface opened.

Rudra almost gasped.

It's real.

The Library of Heaven granted by Shiva was inside his mind.

He tried focusing on it.

Immediately a new notification appeared.

Information flowed gently into his mind.

Not overwhelming.

Just guidance.

He suddenly understood the language the villagers were speaking.

It was an ancient dialect related to Sanskrit.

Without the library, he would have been completely confused.

This will help me survive here.

Arjun slowly calmed down.

He had time.

Years before the great war described in the Mahabharata.

If he planned carefully…

He could change the future.

But first—

He had to grow up.

Outside the small house, the sun slowly rose over ancient Bharat.

A new life had begun.
