Emily's first day as Alexander's assistant was chaos.
Employees stared at her everywhere she went.
"Is that the new assistant?"
"She looks like a college student."
"Did the CEO hire her personally?"
Emily pretended not to hear.
Inside Alexander's office, piles of documents covered the desk.
"Sort these," Alexander said.
Emily looked horrified.
"This is impossible in one day!"
Alexander didn't even look up.
"Then work faster."
