Chapter 16 - Chapter 16“Seven Rings, One Sunshine”

The ocean was bright that morning.

Sunlight stretched across the water like liquid gold, and the large seaside villa buzzed with an unusual kind of energy.

Not the tense, dangerous energy of mafia business.

Not the quiet softness of Hoseok's regression days.

No.

Today was something else entirely.

Today was chaos.

Because somehow… six mafia bosses had decided they were getting married.

All of them.

To each other.

And to Jung Hoseok.

Which meant the villa currently looked like a war zone.

Wedding Planning Disaster

"Absolutely not."

Jin stood in the middle of the living room with his arms crossed like a dictator.

"No one is wearing that."

Taehyung looked offended.

"What's wrong with purple velvet suits?"

Jimin groaned.

"Everything."

Jungkook sat on the couch scrolling through wedding photos on his phone.

"We should wear black."

Yoongi didn't even look up from his coffee.

"We always wear black."

Namjoon sighed from the dining table where he was attempting to organize guest lists.

"This conversation has been happening for two hours."

Jin pointed dramatically.

"And I'm still right."

Meanwhile—

Hoseok sat cross-legged on the floor surrounded by ring catalogs.

Completely fascinated.

"…Shiny."

Jimin immediately crouched beside him.

"You like those?"

Hoseok nodded enthusiastically.

"They sparkle!"

Jungkook leaned over the couch.

"Of course you pick the sparkliest ones."

Hoseok pouted.

"Sparkle nice."

Taehyung ruffled his hair.

"Our sunshine deserves sparkle."

Yoongi finally glanced over.

"…Just don't pick something ridiculous."

Hoseok held up a ring covered in diamonds.

Everyone stared.

Taehyung burst out laughing.

"Ridiculous."

Hoseok's lips trembled.

"…Mean."

Immediately six grown mafia bosses panicked.

"Wait—"

"No no no—"

"You can pick that one!"

"Sparkle is good!"

Jin pinched the bridge of his nose.

"We are being emotionally manipulated by a dancer."

Namjoon muttered,

"And I regret nothing."

Little Space Strikes Again

By the afternoon, things had only gotten worse.

Taehyung had turned on music.

Jimin was practicing dance steps for the ceremony.

Jungkook was trying to convince everyone to have fireworks.

Yoongi was drinking his third cup of coffee.

Namjoon was losing control of the schedule.

Jin was yelling at a florist over the phone.

And Hoseok…

Hoseok was sitting quietly on the couch.

Too quiet.

Jungkook noticed first.

"Hobi?"

Hoseok blinked slowly.

"…Kookie."

Jimin looked over.

"…Oh."

Namjoon walked closer.

"How little?"

Hoseok held up two fingers.

"…Two."

Taehyung smiled softly.

"Our baby."

Hoseok suddenly reached for Namjoon.

"Up."

Namjoon immediately lifted him into his arms.

Hoseok cuddled into his chest.

"…Too loud."

Jin ended his phone call instantly.

"Everyone shut up."

The room went silent.

Jimin rubbed Hoseok's back gently.

"Better?"

Hoseok nodded sleepily.

"…Cuddles."

Within seconds the couch became a pile of mafia bosses again.

Jungkook hugged him from one side.

Taehyung rested his chin on his shoulder.

Yoongi draped a blanket over them.

Jin handed Hoseok a juice box.

Namjoon kissed his hair.

For a moment…

Everything felt peaceful again.

The Wedding Day

Two days later.

The beach had been transformed overnight.

White arches decorated with flowers stood near the ocean.

Soft lights hung from wooden posts.

A long aisle stretched across the sand.

For once, the mafia world wasn't watching them with fear.

They were watching something rare.

Love.

Inside the villa—

Absolute chaos.

Taehyung stared at himself in the mirror.

"My hair looks amazing."

Jimin fixed his jacket.

"You always say that."

Yoongi adjusted his tie silently.

Jungkook paced nervously.

"I'm not nervous."

Namjoon looked at him.

"You've walked the hallway fifteen times."

Jin inspected everyone like a general.

"Stand straight."

Meanwhile—

Hoseok sat on the bed wearing a soft cream-colored suit.

His hair was styled gently.

His expression looked both excited and nervous.

"…Marry today?"

Jimin smiled warmly.

"Yes baby."

Hoseok's eyes sparkled.

"…Okay."

Wedding Chaos

The ceremony began beautifully.

Music played softly.

The ocean breeze carried the scent of flowers.

Guests watched quietly.

Namjoon stepped forward first.

Then Yoongi.

Then Jin.

Jungkook.

Taehyung.

Jimin.

Finally—

Hoseok walked down the aisle.

Halfway through—

He suddenly stopped.

Everyone panicked.

Jungkook whispered,

"Why did he stop?"

Jimin squinted.

"…Oh no."

Hoseok rubbed his eyes.

"…Feel little."

Taehyung nearly laughed.

"You're kidding."

Namjoon crouched in front of him gently.

"How little?"

Hoseok whispered.

"…Three."

The guests stared in confusion.

Jin facepalmed.

"Of course this happens now."

Hoseok tugged Namjoon's sleeve.

"…Carry?"

Namjoon smiled softly.

"Come here."

He lifted Hoseok easily and carried him the rest of the way down the aisle.

The crowd melted.

Jungkook wiped his eyes.

"This is the cutest disaster ever."

Wedding Crashers

Just as the vows began—

Gunshots echoed in the distance.

Everyone froze.

Yoongi's eyes instantly darkened.

"…Seriously."

A group of armed men appeared near the edge of the beach.

Rival mafia.

Taehyung sighed dramatically.

"They really chose today."

Jungkook cracked his knuckles.

"Bad decision."

Namjoon gently set Hoseok down behind the chairs.

"Stay here."

Hoseok clutched his sleeve.

"…Careful."

Namjoon kissed his forehead.

"Always."

Then—

The six mafia bosses turned toward the attackers.

And the wedding turned into a battlefield.

Shots fired.

Men shouted.

But it ended quickly.

Because no one in the criminal world survived attacking all six of them at once.

Five minutes later—

Silence returned to the beach.

Jungkook dusted sand off his jacket.

"Well that was rude."

Taehyung fixed his hair again.

"Did I look cool?"

Yoongi sighed.

"Let's finish the wedding."

Seven Rings

The ceremony resumed like nothing happened.

Hoseok sat between them again.

Still a little small.

Still clutching Namjoon's sleeve.

Jin held the ring box.

"Ready?"

Hoseok nodded sleepily.

"…Ready."

One by one they slid rings onto each other's fingers.

Namjoon.

Yoongi.

Jin.

Jungkook.

Taehyung.

Jimin.

Finally—

Hoseok.

Jungkook whispered softly,

"Now it's official."

Hoseok smiled.

"…Forever?"

Namjoon answered gently.

"Forever."

The seven of them stood together beneath the sunset.

Married.

Chaotic.

Dangerous.

And completely devoted to each other.

Six monsters.

One sunshine.

One family.
