Kabir stood quietly at the library door.
"So… you found the letter," he said slowly.
Arjun frowned.
"You knew about this?"
Kabir stepped inside.
"My grandfather was Dev Malhotra's business partner. I grew up hearing the story."
Aisha looked confused.
"What story?"
Kabir sighed.
"In 1975, Arjun Malhotra and Aisha Sen were deeply in love. But there was another man who loved Aisha too."
His voice grew quieter.
"My grandfather."
The room fell silent.
"He believed Arjun didn't deserve her," Kabir continued. "So he separated them."
Aisha whispered, "What happened to them?"
Kabir looked at the floor.
"They never saw each other again."
Arjun clenched his fists.
"Why are you telling us this now?"
Kabir looked directly at Aisha.
"Because history has a strange way of repeating itself."
