Chapter 393: Group Event Launched
Yukari wouldn't tag the entire group for nothing, obviously — an all-members ping meant something important that needed announcing to every last person, no exceptions, even for Ryū himself as Admin.
This time, it was because a group event had just triggered, prompting her to jump on the notification before anyone else.
Ever since the recent major update, group quests, invitation quests, pinned-announcement updates, and the like were no longer visible to Ryū alone. Moderators like Yukari and Tatsumaki now had the same visibility.
And having spotted the sudden group event notification, Yukari made a point of beating Ryū to the punch, tagging everyone herself.
Normally, it had always been Ryū's job to ping the whole group for something like this. Now that she could do it too... well, there was a certain satisfaction to it, wasn't there? Hmm. Dangerous thought for a youkai sage to be having.
Eternally Seventeen: @Everyone, big news, all you lurkers included — come out and say something!
Kaguya-sama: Eh? What happened? Did you blow up the oven again, Yukari-nee?

Ryū wasn't the only one whose old Earth had produced works like Sword Art Online. Similar media existed in the worlds of Saekano and Himouto! Umaru-chan as well — Umaru's world even had Hatsune Miku.
Of course, given each world ran on its own separate timeline, the serialization progress on any given work varied wildly between them — World A's version of some series might be up to Chapter 120, while World B's version of the exact same series might only have reached Chapter 50.
That said, neither Umaru's world nor Eriri's world had anything resembling Battle Through the Heavens or Arknights.
Ryū, as Admin, had already known about the group event and all three options well before the announcement. What genuinely surprised him, though, was that none of the three worlds up for vote belonged to any current chat-group member.
As for which of the three — Battle Through the Heavens, Arknights, or Sword Art Online — actually had the strongest power scaling, he wasn't entirely sure. Arknights, in particular, he barely knew anything about — a mobile game that had apparently blown up shortly after release. He'd downloaded it briefly himself, played it for a few days, and then transmigrated before he'd really gotten into it.
Sword Art Online he knew somewhat better — only made it about halfway through, since Japanese light novels never quite suited his taste, but halfway was still halfway.

Edward Newgate: Gurararara! None of these three worlds ring a bell for me. Mind giving us a rundown, Admin?
Eternally Seventeen: Same here, honestly — all three sound completely unfamiliar.
RawrSoFierce:Battle Through the Heavens is a web novel — has a manga, anime, and TV adaptation too. Broadly an Eastern fantasy world, plenty of mystical stuff going on. Combat power's decent, I think? Not sure if anyone in it can actually blow up a star.
RawrSoFierce: From what I remember, nobody ever did. By the ending, they hadn't even managed to blow up a single continent, if I'm remembering right.
RawrSoFierce: I think there's a sequel series too, The Great Ruler — its power scaling's probably a step above Battle Through the Heavens.
Eternally Seventeen: I see... so how does the Dimensional Chat Group stack up against Battle Through the Heavens's power level?
RawrSoFierce: Setting The Great Ruler aside, I'd say we're ahead. We've already got several members who can blow up stars. You, for instance, Yukari — go full power, and Little Sphere would just outright explode.
Eternally Seventeen: Oh? Now that world sounds genuinely interesting.
RawrSoFierce: Oh right, almost forgot — there's a decent chance the male lead of that world's actually from the same hometown as me?! Though the odds aren't super high, honestly.
Terrible Tornado: Oh-ho? A fellow countryman of Admin-sama's, that's actually kind of interesting.
RawrSoFierce: It's a pretty slim chance, to be fair — Battle Through the Heavens was just a novel back in my world.
RawrSoFierce: Could also just be that even if he's not literally from the same hometown, the world he transmigrated from and my own world share a lot of cultural overlap.
WolfKingOfQingQingGrasslands: And what's Arknights, then? Also a show, or maybe an anime?
Kaguya-sama: I'll bet fifty cents it's neither. A name like that screams "guaranteed flop" from a mile away.

RawrSoFierce: Right, though Ahri's game is a PC title. Arknights is a mobile game. I don't know it that well, honestly — barely played it before I transmigrated.
