Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 – A Father’s First Dream

As the day of our wedding finally passed, life slowly entered a new chapter.

At first, everything felt simple. We lived like any ordinary couple, learning how to build a life together from nothing. The world felt like it belonged only to the two of us.

My wife was a shy person. When she first helped at the phone outlet, she was always quiet and nervous when dealing with customers. But little by little, I taught her how to sell, how to talk to people, and how to manage the small business we had.

Day by day, her shyness slowly disappeared.

Every afternoon I would pick her up, and together we would take care of the outlet. Those days felt peaceful. There were no big dreams yet, only small happiness that we shared every day.

Then one day, without us realizing it, life brought us another blessing.

My wife was pregnant.

Almost one year after our marriage, we were about to become parents. That moment made me think more seriously about the future. I started saving money little by little, hoping that one day I could build a house for my family.

When the day finally came, our child was born safely.

A baby boy.

Holding my son for the first time changed something inside me. At that moment, I realized that my life was no longer only about myself. I had a family to protect and a future to build.

At that time we still didn't have our own house. Our business was still small and our life was still simple. But strangely, after my son was born, my fortune seemed to grow little by little.

More customers came. The business slowly improved. And the money I saved finally became enough.

After all the struggles, I was finally able to build my own house.

It wasn't a luxurious house.

But for me, it was the proof that a man who once had nothing could slowly build a life for his family.
