Synopsis
This story is about a girl who, in her early childhood, was the center of happiness in her family. When she was little, her laughter filled the house with joy. Every day began with the warmth of love and care from her parents and grandparents. Being the first child of the family, she received all the attention, affection, and hope of everyone around her. Her childhood felt simple, safe, and beautiful. She grew up surrounded by smiles, encouragement, and support. Whenever she did something good whether it was doing well in school or learning something new her family celebrated her achievements with pride. Her father would smile proudly, and her mother would hug her warmly. At that time, she believed that she was the most special member of the family. However, life slowly began to change. When her first younger brother was born, the family welcomed him with great joy. The entire house was filled with celebration because, in many traditional societies, the birth of a son is often considered a special blessing. At first, the girl was also very happy. She loved her baby brother deeply. She played with him, helped her mother take care of him, and enjoyed having a new companion in her life. A few years later, another brother was born. Once again, the house was filled with excitement and celebrations. Relatives came to visit, sweets were distributed, and everyone congratulated the family. By this time, the girl had grown a little older. Gradually, she started taking on small responsibilities at home. She helped her mother with chores and also helped take care of her younger brothers. Slowly and quietly, something began to change in the atmosphere of the house. The attention and affection that she once received began shifting toward her younger brothers. The change did not happen suddenly it happened slowly, almost unnoticed. At first, she could not fully understand what was happening. Hearing such words again and again began to affect the girl deeply. Gradually, she started feeling that perhaps she was no longer as important in the family as she once had been. At school, she was a bright student who loved learning. Books became her companions, and education became her source of confidence. Yet, the excitement that once surrounded her achievements at home slowly faded. When she brought good grades, the response was often simple and brief. Meanwhile, even the smallest achievements of her brothers were celebrated enthusiastically. This difference slowly created a silent emptiness within her heart. Sometimes she wondered if she had done something wrong. She questioned whether she was somehow less valuable than her brothers. These unanswered questions stayed quietly inside her mind. As she grew older, the expectations placed upon her also increased. She was expected to be responsible, to help with household work, and to look after her younger brothers. At the same time, her brothers were given more freedom. They were encouraged to explore the world, play outside, and pursue their interests. This difference in treatment often confused her, but she rarely expressed her feelings openly. During her teenage years, many emotions grew inside her—sadness, confusion, frustration, and sometimes deep loneliness. Yet, within this struggle, something powerful began to grow. She slowly discovered an inner strength that helped her move forward. Instead of allowing disappointment to define her, she started focusing on building her own identity. Education became her strongest support. Through learning, she discovered a world beyond the limitations of her surroundings. Books gave her hope, knowledge, and courage. Gradually, she realized that if she wanted to create her own place in the world, she would have to believe in herself first. This realization marked an important turning point in her life. She began working harder toward her dreams. Even when she felt alone, she continued to move forward with determination.

Chapter 1 - MY UNTOLD STORY ...

Can it ever happen that even while living in the same family, a person starts feeling lonely? My story is something like that. Or maybe I should say, it is the story of almost every girl.

When I was a small child, my family used to feel very happy just seeing me. Every day was filled with love and care. As time slowly passed, after some years my two younger brothers were born.

When I was a small child, my family used to feel very happy just seeing me. Every day was filled with love and care. As time slowly passed, after some years my two younger brothers were born.

I was very happy, but I didn't know that there was another bitter truth of our society waiting for me.

Gradually, my family's focus started shifting more toward my brothers. In the beginning everything seemed fine, but with time my brothers became my family's priority, not me. Even then, I tried to stay happy.

In our society, girls are often seen as if they belong to someone else's home, while boys are considered the real members of their own family. This change created a distance inside me, and I had to redefine myself in order to find my own place.
