Life with or without expectations

Hey,Life seems beautiful when we learn to expect less and accept more. I am not saying this just like that. Everything seems fine till we are 11-12 years old, but when life starts from 15, then we understand. I wonder what life really is, we get worried, why does all this happen to us, I am bad, I am bad, why do people do this to me, because I don't deserve love, all these thoughts come to me too. As the situations came, it started becoming very difficult to live life, but life is beautiful when we learn to expect less and accept more. By doing this, my life started becoming easier for me. There was no fear of breaking expectations or of anyone breaking them. Sometimes we create our own heartbreaks through expectations..We should not blame anyone to disappoint us we should blame ourselves for expecting too much from them .. you should realise the expectations kills our happiness when it doesn't go as expected..I have experience that peace begins when the expectations ends..😊
