Overthinking ek aisi aadat hai jo dheere-dheere insaan ke dimaag ko thaka deti hai, par uski kahani hamesha interesting hoti hai. Ek overthinker har chhoti baat ke peeche chhupi kahani ko samajhne ki koshish karta hai—kabhi apni feelings ko, kabhi dusron ke actions ko. Woh "kya hoga" aur "kyun hua" ke beech itna ulajh jata hai ki present moment kho deta hai. Lekin isi overthinking ke andar ek gehri soch, creativity aur sensitivity chhupi hoti hai, jo use dusron se alag banati hai. Shayad overthinking problem nahi, balki ek aisi strength hai jise samajhna aur control karna zaroori hai—kyunki jab ek overthinker apne thoughts ko direction de deta hai, tab wahi dimaag uski sabse badi power ban jata hai.
