Using the same trick once is fine, but you can't keep doing it. The effect will diminish if you overuse it. Besides, Isaac Archer is a fairly talented actor. If you keep this up, it might just backfire and end up helping him improve his acting.
"Director Shepherd, I understand."
"It won't happen again," Olivia Wynne promised in a low voice.
"It's good that you understand. You're a talented actress. Go home and focus on honing your craft. Don't waste your energy on irrelevant things."
"Mm."
Olivia Wynne replied softly, but what she was really thinking was another matter entirely.
After all, while she did want to improve her acting, she also wanted her revenge.
