Chapter 169 - Chapter 168: Domain Confrontation

Rin stood at the center of War World, like a monarch in control of everything.

With a wave of his hand, ten thousand artillery guns on the steel plains fired simultaneously. Black-red Cursed Energy shells roared out like a meteor shower, colliding with the diving Thunder Dragon and erupting into a violent explosion.

The air fleet in the sky also attacked simultaneously; Cursed Energy bombs fell like raindrops, shattering the dragon-shaped phantom beneath the lake's surface.

"In my War World, I am the only one who sets the rules."

Rin's voice echoed throughout the domain, carrying an unquestionable, absolute authority:

"Your wind, rain, thunder, and lightning are no match for endless artillery fire."

His Crimson Sharingan locked firmly onto the Thunder Dragon, and he raised his right hand again, pointing toward the sky.

The Cursed Energy of War World surged wildly. A massive Cursed Energy main cannon suddenly rose from the steel plains, its barrel pointed straight at the heavens. Black-red Cursed Energy condensed at the muzzle, forming a gigantic shell capable of destroying everything.

The Thunder Dragon sensed a fatal threat; it no longer held back, pushing the power of the Domain to its limit.

Lake water and lightning gathered frantically, forming a massive lightning-water shield in front of it. Simultaneously, its body expanded again, and the lightning on its dragon claws grew increasingly dazzling, preparing to meet Rin's strongest attack.

The collision between the two domains became increasingly intense. The black-red fire of war and the blue-white wind, rain, thunder, and lightning devoured and tore at each other, illuminating the world enveloped by the domains.

The muzzle of the Cursed Energy main cannon continued to expand. The black-red Cursed Energy condensed into a core the size of a basketball, surrounded by black air currents that tore through space, the terrifying pressure causing the entire War World to tremble slightly.

Rin's Crimson Sharingan locked firmly onto the Thunder Dragon, his fingertips pressing down slightly, his voice cold as iron:

"It's over."

"Don't even think about it!" the Thunder Dragon roared, pouring all the power of the Domain into its mouth.

Lake water and lightning intertwined frantically, condensing into a giant blue-and-white dragon breath. The dragon breath contained not only the destructive power of lightning but also carried the erosive properties of the lake water, capable of turning any object into powder.

It suddenly opened its massive maw, spitting out the dragon breath that held all its hope, blasting it toward the shell of the Cursed Energy main cannon.

The blue-white dragon breath and the black-red shell met in mid-air; there was no earth-shattering collision sound, but rather a brief, dead silence.

The two extreme powers devoured and squeezed each other, forming a constantly shrinking energy ball. Under the tension of the energy ball, dense cracks appeared in space, and the boundaries of the domain fluctuated violently, as if they would collapse at any moment.

The next second, the dead silence was broken.

"BOOM!!!"

The black-red Cursed Energy, like a flood breaking through a dam, instantly broke through the obstruction of the blue-white dragon breath. The shell of the Cursed Energy main cannon, carrying world-destroying power, smashed straight into the Thunder Dragon.

The moment the dragon breath was torn apart, blue-white energy fragments scattered like a meteor shower, landing on the steel plains of War World and blasting out craters of varying depths.

The Thunder Dragon's pupils constricted sharply, its eyes filled with despair.

The lightning-water shield in front of it was like paper before the shell, instantly pierced and shattered.

The black-red shell slammed into its chest without hindrance. The massive impact caused its enormous body to instantly stall in mid-air, its blue-black dragon scales, along with the flesh beneath, blown to pieces by the Cursed Energy.

"NO!!!"

Amidst the shrill scream, the Thunder Dragon's body began to collapse.

Blue-white lightning overflowed from its body, intertwining and annihilating with the black-red Cursed Energy. Purple blood gushed out like a fountain, spilling onto the steel plains and making a hissing, corrosive sound.

Its lightning wings were the first to disintegrate, vanishing into the sky as rays of lightning. Its massive body lost support and fell toward the ground.

Rin did not give it any chance to catch its breath.

With a wave of his hand, the ten thousand artillery guns of War World roared in unison again. Countless Cursed Energy shells, like a swarm of locusts, smashed fiercely toward the falling Thunder Dragon.

The air fleet in the sky also dove down, and Cursed Energy bombs landed densely on the giant dragon, the light of the explosions completely engulfing its body.

The Thunder Dragon's body continuously disintegrated and shattered in the artillery fire. It tried to mobilize its remaining Cursed Energy to struggle, only to find that the domain of the Domain was rapidly collapsing.

The black-red Cursed Energy of War World flooded in like a tide, constantly eroding and devouring its domain rules. The lake dried up, the lightning went out, and the once boundless water prison was gradually replaced by the steel plains.

When the last Cursed Energy shell slammed into the Thunder Dragon's head, its pupils, interwoven with gold and azure, completely lost their luster.

The massive head cracked open, exposing the core formed by the fusion of the two Cursed Spirits, which was instantly enveloped and crushed by the black-red Cursed Energy.

With the destruction of the core, the Thunder Dragon's body completely lost its support, turning into a sky full of Cursed Energy mist and shattered dragon scales, dissipating in the violent winds of War World.

The domain of the Domain completely collapsed. The dark clouds, heavy rain, and lake water all vanished, leaving only Rin's War World covering this world.

Rin slowly retracted his domain. The black-red Cursed Energy gradually subsided, and the sights of the steel plains, artillery, and air fleet receded like a tide, the battlefield returning to its original state.

Scorched earth, cracked ground, and the lingering Cursed Energy mist and smell of blood in the air.

He stood in the center of the devastated battlefield, his clothes tattered, battle scars still remaining on his body, but his Crimson Sharingan flashed with an excited light.

He reached out his hand, a red light glowing in his palm, continuously absorbing the residual lightning and dragon-attributed Cursed Energy left behind after the Thunder Dragon dissipated into his body.

As the two powerful types of Cursed Energy merged, the tomoe in Rin's pupils spun rapidly, with faint signs of fusion and evolution.

He could clearly feel that his Sharingan was one big step closer to the Mangekyo, and the Cursed Energy within his body had become more vast and refined.

"Decent nourishment."

Rin muttered to himself, a satisfied smile curling at the corner of his lips. Although this fierce battle was difficult, the gains far exceeded his expectations.

Not only did he eliminate the two Special Grade Cursed Spirits, but he also obtained the lightning and dragon-attributed Cursed Energy, allowing his strength to once again achieve a leap forward.

He turned his head to look not far away; the Thunder Beast's head had long since turned to powder in the domain collision, and the Rain Dragon's remains had also dissipated without a trace.

On the battlefield, only he remained standing. His Crimson Sharingan scanned the surroundings, and after confirming there were no remaining threats, he slowly turned and walked toward the direction where Maki and Megumi Fushiguro were.

At the edge of the distant forest, Maki and Megumi Fushiguro watched the solitary, lofty figure in the center of the battlefield, their eyes filled with shock and awe.

They could feel that the terrifying Cursed Energy fluctuations had subsided; evidently, the battle had ended, and the victorious side was undoubtedly Rin.

"Senior Rin... won."

Megumi Fushiguro muttered to himself, the desire to become stronger growing even more intense in his heart.

Maki gripped her long sword tightly, watching Rin's receding figure, her heart filled with complex emotions.

This man, obsessed with strength, had once again proven his power with absolute strength, and the invincibility he pursued seemed to have drawn one step closer.

The heavy rain had long since ceased, the sky gradually clearing, and sunlight pierced through the clouds, spilling onto the devastated battlefield.

Rin's figure appeared increasingly tall and solitary in the sunlight, his steps firm, as he continued to move forward toward even greater strength.
