The battle began. The Strongest Sorcerer From Beyond The Stars Vs The Jujutsu Masterpiece.
Kiyotaka rushed towards Dabura, striking at him when a wall of rods was created between him and Dabura, making Kiyotaka think, 'A very faint shine? Ah. I see. His Light-based Cursed Technique is burnt out, but not his other one.'
Dabura looked surprised, thinking, 'My Light Cursed technique is not responding as well as it should. It must be a cost of using Domain Expansion.'
Kiyotaka jumped back as the rods rushed towards him, only to stop as if hitting something and then they shattered.
Dabura's eyes widened, thinking, 'Some kind of barrier?'
Kiyotaka vanished, and Dabura turned and threw up his arms. Kiyotaka appeared, slamming his leg into him and sending him flying back. Dabura was sent flying as he crashed into the ground on his feet, coming to a stop.
Dabura looked to Kiyotaka, thinking, 'He's fast. This man is one of the warriors like Doura.'
Suddenly, hundreds of spikes appeared above Dabura and began raining down as Dabura began dodging, thinking, 'The buildup of Cursed Energy in him happens too fast. I can't even tell what his next move will be.'
Kiyotaka looked at Dabura and thought, 'His reaction time is better than Sukuna's. That makes sense, though. It's only natural that a person's reaction time is better than the fastest, most accurate attack in their arsenal. And in that context, he is faster than anyone else I've ever met, so naturally, his Reaction is better as well. Probably not higher than Gojo-Sensei, who has the six eyes and can teleport, though. That includes me as well, since on top of being able to move at near lightspeed in my Domain, I can also use Blood Manipulation to bolster my Reaction time further.'
Kiyotaka appeared in front of Dabura as Kiyotaka threw a punch, and Dabura threw up his arms, blocking it as he felt his bones break from the impact, and the ground beneath them broke apart from the force, forming a crater as Dabura was pushed back.
Dabura panted, thinking, 'That pure physical strength is simply monstrous.'
Kiyotaka flexed his hand, thinking, 'I'm not able to punch that hard normally. Suzuki's body sure is strong. I guess that comes from being the reincarnation of Sukuna's twin. No. Now that I look at it more closely, I can see it. Not Sukuna's twin but a descendant of Sukuna's twin? A grandson? So it's her.'
Dabura launched several projectiles as they hit an area in front of Kiyotaka and shattered.
Dabura looked at this and thought, 'What kind of barrier exactly is that?'
Kiyotaka felt his Cursed Energy and thought, 'I can either use my own Cursed Energy that will be invisible or mix mine with Suzuki's for more power, but that will make it visible. I see.'
Kiyotaka appeared in front of Dabura, who began blocking punches from Kiyotaka, thinking, 'This man is a true warrior. One with decades of experience.'
Kiyotaka caught Dabura's hand and slammed his leg into Dabura's stomach and backhanding him in the face as Dabura fell to the ground, thinking, 'There's really nothing I can do now. I finally caught up to the warriors, but this man... this man stands at the pinnacle of the warriors.'
"Hey. Come on. Get back up."
Kiyotaka said this as he looked down at Dabura.
He continued saying, "Your burnout should be alleviated soon. I want you to show me what you can do."
Dabura got up and thought, 'That's right. I still have a duty to perform', as he said, "If I am now a warrior, then I must do as the warriors would and fight till the end."
Kiyotaka smiled slightly and said, "Much better."
Dabura waved his hand as light projectiles appeared, and Kiyotaka said, "There we go", while thinking, 'The barrier is good for single burst attacks, but continuous damage and rapid fire can overwhelm it, so I'll opt to dodge.'
Ayanokoji Kiyotaka funnelled all of his Blood Manipulation towards his eyes to enhance his perception and reaction time.
Kiyotaka slapped a rod of light that was milliseconds from hitting his face. As it hit the ground to the side, he began dodging the attacks, thinking, 'Well, look at that. He's improved even his projectile technique. He's creating the bare minimum of mass from his killing intent and ramping up his use of the light technique to maximise the speed of the attacks.'
Dabura appeared behind Kiyotaka, whose head turned seeing him as he blocked and grabbed Dabura's arms, thinking, 'You're even faster than when you fought Mahoraga.'
Dabura raised his legs up and tried to kick Kiyotaka in the face with his feet as Kiyotaka's eyes widened, and he swayed his head, avoiding it, and a gigantic burst of light exploded from Dabura's feet, vaporising the buildings behind Kiyotaka as if they never existed.
Kiyotaka jumped back, thinking, 'This guy... He's using binding vows without even realising it. He increased the mass to a massive extent and traded off speed because he thought it would be a point-blank hit. Even I'd die from that if it hit me. As for my barrier, it would probably get overwhelmed eventually by the sheer continuous heat from the attack. He's grown a lot. He'd probably be able to beat Sukuna now.'
Kiyotaka jumped back as Dabura fired off another ray of light, as he dodged. Dabura smiled, saying, "That barrier isn't effective against continuous or rapid fire attacks, is it?"
"I can make it effective, but you're too fast for me to meet the conditions that I'd have to impose on myself."
Kiyotaka said this as Dabura took a stance and Kiyotaka eyed him, thinking, 'He's readying for that.'
Kiyotaka chanted, "Maximum Output: Unmoving Mass", as Dabura disappeared from sight as the ground was torn out from his sheer speed.
A thick dome formed around Kiyotaka as Dabura's leg impacted on it, and the dome shattered along with Dabura's leg.
Dabura landed on the ground on his remaining leg as he thought, 'It absorbed the kinetic energy, but even with that much mass, it's still susceptible to continuous damage.'
Dabura regenerated his leg and said, "So that's what you meant."
Kiyotaka nodded, saying, "That's right. Jujutsu works better when you restrict yourself. Adding chants can increase the output and power of techniques, but they require time to fulfil."
Kiyotaka looked to Dabura with respect, saying, "That kick. You added a massive amount of mass and light to your leg right before impact. That output of force and heat was probably equal to the two disasters that struck this country in two cities a century ago during World War 2. Maybe more. Being able to focus all that in one single point is very impressive."
Dabura looked to him and said, "I was so sure that it would kill you, but you survived."
Kiyotaka looked to him and said, "I'll give you this much. You probably have the second-most-destructive attack that I've ever seen. The strongest belongs to a woman known as Yorozu."
Dabura looked to him and said, "I'll consider that a compliment."
Kiyotaka nodded and said, "Let's continue."
Dabura unleashed an onslaught of Light rods as Kiyotaka ran towards him, dodging the beams of light, but a few hit Kiyotaka, who thought, 'If you increase the speed too much, the damage will be minimal. So minimal that I won't have to dodge.'
Kiyotaka swung his leg at Dabura, who swung his leg as well. The attacks connected as the earth below them seemed to groan from the force of their attacks.
Kiyotaka and Dabura jumped back, having both vaporised their legs on contact, and landing on their remaining leg, they healed their missing leg, and Kiyotaka started thinking, 'I applied Flowing Mass to my leg, and I think it damaged him pretty badly, but I can't be sure since his attack itself has enough recoil to vaporise his own leg.'
Dabura appeared in front of Kiyotaka and swung his fist as Kiyotaka's barrier blocked it, causing Dabura's fist to stop there for a second. Dabura then thrust his hand out again, and Kiyotaka caught Dabura's fist, thinking, 'He coated his hand with light so that the barrier would absorb that energy and then collapse. Not bad.'
Kiyotaka threw Dabura into the air as Dabura fired off more light rays, and Kiyotaka dodged a few and then slapped others off to the side, thinking, 'Each of these has a different composition of light and mass, making them wildly different in speed and power.'
Kiyotaka jumped back, thinking, 'He's evolving at a rapid rate. He'll break through the Special-Grade Tier and join me in the Calamity-Grade Tier soon.'
Dabura began running as Kiyotaka thought, 'His running start is more subtle now. Not bad.'
Kiyotaka quickly created thick walls as Dabura began smashing through them, thinking, 'It hurts. Each of them has sharp spikes. But! I'll make it through and land the attack before he can make any chants!'
Dabura made it through the last wall as he readied his leg, only to see Kiyotaka's two fists in front of him as he thought, 'He tricked me. He wanted me to run through the walls.'
Kiyotaka stepped forward and slammed his fists into Dabura while using Flowing Mass Fists as Black Sparks flew from both of his fists, and Dabura coughed up blood, getting sent flying as he collapsed onto the ground, unable to move as he slowly began healing himself.
Kiyotaka pointed his fingers at Dabura as a still object with vibrating mass appeared in front of his fingertips aimed at Dabura.
"Don't kill him!"
Suzuki's voice shouted in Kiyotaka's head as Kiyotaka dismissed the attack and said, "I think it's pretty fair to say that you lost, right?"
Dabura lay there and said, "Saying I lost feels like an understatement. I... never stood a chance, did I?"
"Not really. If I'd gone all out, you'd have died in the first five minutes. You did pretty well, though."
Kiyotaka said this as Dabura closed his eyes, saying, "I thought so. Earth's warriors truly are strong."
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "I wonder, though. Why didn't you use your Domain?"
Dabura answered, saying, "I already knew my chances at victory were slim, so if my Domain failed to kill you and my Technique became burnt out again, I knew my chances would drop to absolute 0."
Kiyotaka nodded, saying, "I understand, but you should know. It's better to give it your all in a gamble than to fail while playing it safe."
Dabura sighed and said, "I see. That's... wise advice."
Kiyotaka offered his hand and helped Dabura up.
Dabura looked to Kiyotaka and said, "You're possessing that boy Suzuki, right?"
"I'll give him his body back after I clean up here."
Kiyotaka said this as Dabura sighed, saying, "That makes me glad. I don't hold any hate for the boy or any of the humans."
Dabura looked up and thought, 'I'm sorry, everyone. I lost.'
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "You did well, though. Still, I'll say this. If you attempt to prevent the killing of Cursed Spirits again, I'll use a higher level of force."
Dabura nodded in resignation, saying, "I understand."
—————————————————————————————————————
Kiyotaka appeared on the rooftop where Choso and Miyaguni were standing as Miyaguni looked to Kiyotaka and said, "You're as strong as I remember."
Kiyotaka then said, "That Dabura guy is definitely a Calamity-Grade like me, though there's still a giant gap. Probably wider than the gap that existed between Gojo-Sensei and Okkotsu back before the Culling Games started."
They nodded in recognition.
Choso looked to him and said, "Thank you for your hard work, Kiyo."
Kiyotaka smiled and said, "It's alright. I'll return Suzuki's body to him now. I used advanced Jujutsu on his body, so my techniques might get engraved into him. Prepare for that possibility."
Choso looked pained and said, "Kiyo. Don't go to sleep in his subconscious. Stay with us."
Kiyotaka looked to Choso and said, "I'm tired, Choso. I can't continue in this way as you can. I wasn't born for the amount of years left ahead of me. Not if I have people always looking to me."
"Kiyo..."
Choso said this as he looked sad.
That's when Maru floated down and said, "Ayanokoji Kiyotaka. Please come with me."
Kiyotaka looked to him and asked, "Why?"
Maru smiled and said, "It's something only you can do."
Kiyotaka nodded and said, "Very well. I'll see you right after to say goodbye, Choso. Chiharu."
"I'll follow your lead, Maru."
Kiyotaka said this as Maru nodded and used his Technique as they teleported away.
—————————————————————————————————————
Kiyotaka and Maru appeared inside the Naunax ship as Kiyotaka stood before a gigantic wolf creature.
Kiyotaka looked at it and said, "So this is a Kaliyan. It's gigantic. How fascinating."
Maru then said, "This is the oldest Kaliyan in Naunax, our spaceship."
Kiyotaka then asked, "Why did you bring me here?"
Maru then said, "Because my technique found you to be a suitable candidate. By using the power of Tsurugi and Yuka's grandfather in the ring, the Muru of Naunax, through mine and his technique, I'd like to create harmony between earthlings and Simurians."
"Harmony?"
Kiyotaka asked this as Maru said, "I cannot do this by myself. I'd like to designate you, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka, as the witness of this newborn harmony as Earth's new representative."
Kiyotaka nodded, saying, "Go on. I'm listening."
Maru made a serious face and said, "I'd like to create a world where Cursed Spirits aren't born."
Kiyotaka smiled and said, "That was the wish of a woman deeply close to my Elder Brother. A dearly departed, as one would say. Bring Choso here. He should be here for this."
Maru nodded as he focused his Technique, and Choso arrived looking surprised as he asked, "What? Where is this?"
Kiyotaka smiled and said, "A world where Cursed Spirits aren't born. I think you should be here to see that come to fruition."
Choso's eyes widened as he smiled and offered a book to Maru, saying, "This is all of my late wife's research. I'm sure it'll be useful."
Maru nodded as he accepted the book.
Maru then smiled and said, "The other person. Let's talk to him first. He's also one of the keys my technique chose to achieve Harmony, just like you."
Maru moved aside a curtain as they entered a dark room, and Kiyotaka said, "Well, isn't this a familiar face?'
Mahito sat there, terrified and said, "Ayanokoji Kiyotaka. You're here."
Choso got into a fighting stance, saying, "Mahito."
Mahito smiled and said, "I could feel your Cursed Energy right before I ended up here. You've been making some waves, haven't you?"
"I'm aware of the fact that you reincarnated right after I became a Cursed Corpse. You've been building up your strength for 18 years, right? The government wasn't able to keep an eye on you since you breached the barrier and began hiding."
Kiyotaka said this as Mahito looked to him, sweating as he said, "Why did you have to wake up now? I was so close. So close to getting to the same level as Ryomen Sukuna."
"A noisy brat chose to wake me up."
Kiyotaka said this as Mahito gritted his teeth, thinking, 'Stupid brat. You're ruining my life.'
Kiyotaka looked to Maru and said, "I understand your intentions now. You want to use Mahito's technique that can interfere with souls and boost it using the Cursed Energy of the spaceship and Okkotsu's ring. From that, you want to change the souls of the Japanese people in a way that Cursed Spirits aren't born."
Kiyotaka looked to Maru and said, "This guy won't agree to anything that benefits humanity."
Maru nodded and said, "As Earth's representative, I'd like you to subjagate him."
Kiyotaka crouched down and said, "So. Are you going to comply? Or do I have to beat you into submission? After all, even if you die, your soul will just return here, and then we can try again. Over and over. Until you're willing to obey."
Mahito swung his arm at Kiyotaka, shouting, "Stop looking down on me!"
Kiyotaka jumped back as Mahito glared and shouted, "I'm the first Curse that will reach the same level as Ryomen Sukuna. Don't you dare think that you can beat me that easily!"
The area transformed into a replica of Shibuya as Kiyotaka asked, "What's wrong? Feeling nostalgic?"
Mahito grinned and shouted, "No. I want to settle the score. In this place, the potency of the soul is greater than anywhere else! I can do what I want here! Not even you can stop me!"
Mahito created snakes out of the building as they rushed towards Kiyotaka, who dodged and weaved, and Mahito grinned, saying, "Keep dancing like that until your death!!!"
Mahito grew two extra arms and a mouth on his stomach, saying, "I'll have fun playing with you in this form until you break."
"You've chosen a form that's just like Sukuna, huh?"
Kiyotaka said this, and Mahito grinned, asking, "Why wouldn't I use a body perfect for Jujutsu?"
Kiyotaka looked unbothered, saying, "It didn't change anything for Sukuna."
Mahito smirked, saying, "Are you saying that to cool off your nerves? Haha."
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "No. It's just that you haven't even reached Sukuna's level after 18 years. You're kinda weak."
Mahito looked furious as he made some hand signs and chanted, "Domain Expansion: Self Embodiment Of Perfection!"
The Domain manifested. There was no barrier. An Open Domain. Mahito had reached this level of Domains after 18 years of refining it.
Mahito grinned and shouted, "Now I'll turn you into some pathetic, filthy creature crawling in the mud!"
Mahito touched the ground, activating his sure hit and shouting, "Die!"
Kiyotaka paused as he lifted a finger to his lips and let out a "Shhhh."
Mahito looked confused as Kiyotaka, with the finger to his lips, chanted, "Domain Expansion."
Mahito's eyes widened, thinking, 'He was able to shorten the hand signs to something as ridiculously simple as a single finger to his lips?!'
Kiyotaka's Domain instantly dominated Mahito's, wiping it clean and supplanting it.
Kiyotaka finished the chant saying, "White Expanse That Awaits Colour."
Mahito's eyes widened, thinking, 'Wait, no. I wanted to use mine to kill him quick...'
Before Mahito could finish this thought, Kiyotaka fired off his Hollow Technique, as it vaporised Mahito and his soul reconstructed itself nearby.
Mahito looked horrified as he thought, 'I... I died... and was brought back here? No...'
He saw Kiyotaka walk over to him as he shouted, "No! No! No! Stay away from me! Keep away!"
Mahito desperately tried to crawl away as Kiyotaka arrived next to him and crouched down, asking, "Do you want to go again? Or are you going to comply?"
Mahito swung his arm, shouting, "Stay away from me! You crazy bastard!!!"
Kiyotaka jumped back as blood came out from Kiyotaka's pores and sliced up Mahito into pieces with ease.
Mahito looked to him, thinking, 'Why... why is he so... Why is he so strong?'
Kiyotaka flicked a piece over to Maru, who held the piece and said, "Sorry. I'll be using you."
Maru turned Mahito into particles of Cursed Energy as Kiyotaka said, "Looks like that step is over."
—————————————————————————————————————
The trio walked through a door into a room where a doll of Mahito sat in a wheeled tray that also held Muru, Yuta's ring and Tsukumo's book that contained her research on the soul, along with additions that Kiyotaka made based on his own research.
Maru looked to Kiyotaka and said, "I'd like to ask how we should modify the souls."
Kiyotaka looked to Maru and said, "Cursed Energy that leaks from Japanese people becomes Curses. It can happen overseas as well, but it's extremely rare, and due to the barriers and propaganda, I arranged it's probably impossible now. Sorcerers, however, are trained to have good control over their Cursed Energy. Due to this, they leak practically none."
Maru then asked, "So what is the method?"
"We can either make everyone in Japan into Jujutsu Sorcerers or remove Japan's Cursed Energy from the table entirely."
Kiyotaka said this as Maru then said, "Option 1 isn't viable. The harm from Spirits would just turn into violence from Curse-Users."
Kiyotaka then said, "While I would agree under worse circumstances and opt to take the same approach as Tsukumo Yuki, I don't think it's necessary."
Choso looked to Kiyotaka and said, "It's fine. What Yuki wanted was to rid the world of Cursed Spirits. I doubt that she'd mind as to which way that was accomplished."
Kiyotaka nodded and said, "In that book Choso gave you, along with Tsukumo Yuki's research, I've also added the extensive research I did with Hiyori on things related to the soul. We should be able to make them all into Sorcerers while giving them such a low amount of Cursed Energy that they can't actually fight."
Choso then asked, "So giving them enough to control but not enough to harm others?"
Kiyotaka nodded, saying, "We'll make that the bare minimum. As for anyone who was meant to be a Sorcerer from the very beginning, this won't affect them."
Maru then said, "What about the other countries? Won't they feel discontent at such a thing?"
Kiyotaka nodded, saying, "That's true. If this were a version of Mahito from back before Shibuya, I doubt that we'd be able to do it, but he grew strong enough, so we should be able to apply our changes to the entire world."
Choso then asked, "You're going to make everyone in the world into Sorcerers?"
Kiyotaka nodded and said, "Although outside of exceptions like Miguel Oduol, none of them will be able to use Cursed Energy in a combative format."
Maru looked to him and asked, "Are you sure about this?"
Kiyotaka nodded, saying, "I think it's for the best. If a threat arrives on Earth with intentions that aren't as friendly as you Simurians, then people will still be able to fight back and also Cursed Spirits won't be born."
Choso then said, "But control of Cursed Energy will still have to be taught."
Kiyotaka shook his head, saying, "No. We can transform their souls to automate the process. I can 100% garuntee there will be almost no leakage. At the rate I'm describing, it would take 100 years for a mere Grade 4 Curse to be born."
Choso nodded, saying, "I see."
Kiyotaka sat down and asked, "So. What are your thoughts, Maru?"
Maru sat down and said, "It's atonement. We've caused trouble for Earth. Now, at least, let it be so that everyone can think the world got better because they met us."
Kiyotaka looked to Maru and said, "I won't deny that this is making the world a better place, but..."
Kiyotaka looked to Choso in consideration and said, "Toying with people's bodies and souls is not something to be praised. It's a grave sin."
Choso's expression seemed to soften as Kiyotaka went on saying, "As for the Cursed Spirits currently in Tokyo..."
Maru looked down and said, "Right. The Earthlings and Simurians will keep being drawn into conflict over them."
Kiyotaka looked to him and said, "Bring harmony to the Cursed Spirits, too. Fix the thing that's causing the Lumelians to confuse Cursed Spirits with Kaliyans."
Kiyotaka then said, "Find out the reason that Cursed Spirits and Kaliyans are seen the same. Cursed Spirits are made of Cursed Energy, which causes them to act violently. That's only natural. But Choso is half Curse, yet he isn't evil. There was also a Jujutsu Sorcerer named Tengen that closely resembled a Cursed Spirit, yet they weren't evil either."
Maru walked towards an area filled with plushies and grabbed the one that looked like the ancient Kaliyan.
He felt for it and said, "Our souls are the same colour! Among the multi-coloured souls, only Kaliyans, Cursed Spirits and Lumelians share the same colours. Cursed Spirits are vessels from the leakage of Cursed Energy. The problem is that souls come to reside in those vessels. Souls that are the same colours as those of Kaliyans and Lumelians."
Maru looked to Kiyotaka and Choso, saying, "That's why we mistake Cursed Spirits and Kaliyans for being the same and why Kaliyans don't attack Lumelians."
Kiyotaka looked to Maru and thought, 'So it's more like a natural reaction to not hunt a fellow member of your species.'
Choso then asked, "If that's the case, then can you change the colour of their souls?"
Maru then said, "No. But if we remake this place where the souls of all on Earth pass through... into a device that can split and reshape souls... we could scatter the colour of souls and adjust their form."
Kiyotaka then asked, "Are you sure about this? If you do this, then the Kaliyan on board the Naunax..."
Maru then said, "It's fine."
Maru looked to Kiyotaka and said, 'Thank you, Ayanokoji Kiyotaka. And I'm truly sorry."
Kiyotaka then said, "There's still one big job to take care of."
Maru shook his head and said, "It's alright. You've done everything you need to do. I'll take it from here."
Kiyotaka's eyes widened slightly as he smiled and said, "Alright. I'll leave the rest to you."
—————————————————————————————————————
Kiyotaka walked through the streets as he felt the Cursed Spirits being laid to rest. Such a peaceful way to go for such violent and malevolent creatures.
He smiled and said, "He really managed it. No more Cursed Spirits."
Kiyotaka knocked on the door in front of him as an old lady opened it, and Kiyotaka said, "Hey. Suzune."
Suzune looekd ot him with an annoyed expression, saying, "You finally decide to pay me a visit, and this is how you do it? Possessing the body of my grandson?"
Kiyotaka deadpans and says, "It's this noisy brat that decided to eat my Cursed Finger. Don't go blaming it on me."
Suzune smiled and said, "He wanted to meet you so badly, but I don't think he meant for it to be this way. Come inside. Nobara's here too."
Kiyotaka stepped inside and sat down at the table as Nobara looked to him and said, "That you, Kiyotaka? Damn bastard. Going and turning yourself into a Cursed Corpse like that out of nowhere."
Kiyotaka sat down, saying, "I was tired of existing like this. I didn't want to see the people I'd formed bonds with die. I wanted to rest with them."
Suzune looked annoyed and said, "You damn idiot."
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "But it's different now. Even though I knew I shouldn't, I wanted to see you both. I'm sorry. I'll make sure to see you both off. Todo as well. Along with everyone else."
Nobara sighed and said, "You finally get it. You were just throwing away your suffering and letting us suffer on our own. As long as you see us off, we'll be satisfied."
Kiyotaka smiled and said, "I won't go hiding in Suzukis unconsciousness unless necessary. You can talk to me whenever you're with him. Alright?"
They both smiled and said, "Fine by us."
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "I've already told Choso, so you'll... have a permanent house guest."
Suzune sighed and said, "You could have run that by me first."
Nobara then said, "That bratty grandson managed to make things like this."
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "I still have no idea how you and Shiro ended up together or how your kid ended up with Suzune's kid."
Suzune laughed and said, "Love is still something that baffles you, huh?"
"It's illogical and absurd. Of course, it baffles me. I only have a better understanding of it from before because I learned to love Yuki."
Kiyotaka said this as they sighed.
Suzune then asked, "After the battle with Sukuna. Can I ask why you were so distant with me?"
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "Because after the battle with Sukuna, my ability to perceive the soul became stronger to the point where I could recognise differences and similarities in souls."
"Ando So?"
Suzune asked this as Kiyotaka sighed and said, "I didn't want to tell you this since I thought it would upset you, but... your soul is incredibly similar to Sukuna's. It's likely you're a reincarnation of his twin."
She asked, "Is that all?"
Kiyotaka nodded, and Suzune said, "You're a dumbass. I don't care. I'm me. Horikita Suzune."
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "It seems that I was, for expecting anything less from you."
Suzune smiled, saying, "It's good that you know."
Nobara deadpanned, saying, "Are we really just going to brush this aside? You're the reincarnation of Sukuna's twin."
Suzune sighed and said, "I don't really care. I'm not the same girl as I was back in Advanced Nurturing High School, trapped in the shadows of people related to me."
Kiyotaka smiled and said, "You have grown a lot since then."
Suzune deadpanned and said, "I should hope so. If I became a granny without growing up, then I'd feel pretty concerned.
Kiyotaka laughed at this as Nobara smiled, asking, "So are you going to let our stupid grandson have control?"
"I'll only take back control if his life is at risk or if my strength is needed again."
Kiyotaka said this as they nodded in agreement
The white marking on his nosebridge faded, and Suzuki regained control, saying, "Holy crap... that was so amazing."
Suzune sighed and asked, "Have you finally had your fill of excitement?"
Nobara smirked and said, "Have you had fun playing the white knight for Yuka-chan?"
Suzuki flushed red and said, 'Hey! Our relationship isn't like that!"
Nobara laughed out loud at this as Suzuki looked annoyed, thinking, 'Damn you, Granny Nobara.'
Suzuki smiled and said, "And yeah. I've had my fill of excitement. Getting a first-person view of Ayanokoji's fights with Dabura-San and Mahito was amazing."
Nobara deadpanned, asking, "You fought Mahito again? Well then. I guess I won't have to deal with him."
Suzuki deadpanned and said, "Would you have been able to do it?"
Nobara sighed and said, "It's not like I would have gone head-to-head with him. Megumi's kid inherited Technique Extinguishment. That, along with Resonance, would have been enough."
Suzuki sighed and said, "You'd still have had to get a piece of him."
Nobara shrugged and said, "I'm sure we'd have managed somehow. If it really got bad, then we could have called on Kiyotaka anyway."
A face appeared on Suzuki's face and said, "Relying on me like that, huh?"
Suzuki looked surprised, shouting, "You can talk like that?"
Kiyotaka sighed and said, "Yeah. By the way, Nobara. Dealing with Mahito in that way would have just delayed the problem to the next generation. Now, since Cursed Spirits won't be born anymore, he won't be born again either."
Nobara sighed and said, "I still can't believe you went and did something as crazy as that."
Suzune sighed and said, "Agreed."
Suzuki then asked, "Hey, Ayanokoji. Do you think I'll get as strong as you?"
Kiyotaka then said, "Is that really necessary? After all, strength without purpose will never grow substantially."
Suzuki sighed and said, "Well, I guess you're right. From here on, it's a new era."
