Zhao Chen maneuvered the captain's chair, floating over to a department on the bridge.
"How's it going?" Zhao Chen inquired.
"Reporting, Commander. Electronic interference is currently being conducted on the target starships.
Target One has not yet begun; Targets Two and Three are in progress," the department head reported.
At that moment, a crew member shouted, "White Phoenix-class Unit One initiating electronic interference!"
"White Phoenix-class Unit Two initiating electronic interference."
"White Phoenix-class Unit Three is now engaging..."
"The star shield system of the target T3 Blazing Lion King-class Heavy Interstellar Battlecruiser has been taken over by our side."
"The target's main cannon system has been electronically jammed by us and is now inoperable."
"The target's close-in defense cannon system has been completely paralyzed."
"The target's energy system is in a state of stagnation."
"Within the next five minutes, the target starship's communication network will be paralyzed."
Zhao Chen looked at the three simulated holographic images before him.
Two of them were precisely the flagships of the opposing two interstellar fleets: the T3 Blazing Lion King-class Heavy Interstellar Battlecruisers.
Around each of these two target starships, five T3 White Phoenix-class Electronic Warfare Interstellar Drones were orbiting, having already subjected the target starships to high-intensity electronic interference, damaging or seizing control of a large number of enemy electronic devices and programs.
The remaining target, which had not yet begun, was unmistakably the Slave Merchant Starport in the holographic image!
Ten T3 White Phoenix-class Electronic Warfare Interstellar Drones were positioned around it, ready to launch an attack at any moment.
Simultaneously, around the first two target starships, two T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruisers each were rapidly closing in on the targets.

Second-in-command Skinny Monkey sat on the bridge, watching as the entire bridge's light sources suddenly dimmed and various operation screens malfunctioned, his face filled with shock.
"What's going on?" Second-in-command Skinny Monkey immediately asked his subordinates.
"It seems we're under high-intensity electronic interference! Multiple systems are failing to operate normally!
Even our energy system has stalled!" a subordinate reported in panic.
Electronic interference?
Wasn't this a technological device that had only just begun to be militarized in rumors, and supposedly only equipped on T4 Interstellar Warships? Although research existed within T3 technology, it was only installed in a very limited number of large military starports.
How could it appear here?
"Report! We've captured images of five unidentified interstellar drones hovering around us. It's suspected that they are the ones conducting electronic interference on us!" a subordinate uploaded several images.

Who were these attackers, and where did they come from!

Suddenly, the sound of artillery strikes impacting the ship hull transmitted through the starship armor, causing the entire bridge to shake violently.
"Report, our ship appears to be under artillery fire! The armor on the starboard side has been breached!"
"Report, unidentified units have invaded our stellar fighters!"
"Report, requesting deployment of mobile units from within the ship!"
The successive reports left Second-in-command Skinny Monkey utterly clueless about how to handle the mess before him.
Meanwhile, outside, the glow from the bow cannons of two T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruisers could be seen dimming.
The T3 Blazing Lion King-class Heavy Interstellar Battlecruiser they had targeted now had a massive hole blasted open in its hull armor.
Subsequently, hatches opened across the hull of the T3 Blizzard, revealing rows of T2 Black Knight-class Light Interstellar Combat Mechs in standby status.
"Black Knight First Squad, prepare for boarding action!"
The T2 Black Knight-class Light Interstellar Combat Mechs raised their arms, aiming at the breach in the enemy ship, and fired their externally mounted metal chain guns. A chain claw shot out and embedded itself into the hole on the enemy starship.
Then, thruster nozzles appeared beneath the T2 Black Knight-class Light Interstellar Combat Mechs, accompanied by blue exhaust plumes.
These T2 Black Knight-class Light Interstellar Combat Mechs swiftly boarded the target starship.
"Black Knight First Squad has boarded the target starship."
The mech pilots activated their electronic maps, which displayed the internal structure diagram of the T3 Blazing Lion-class Medium Star Battleship Cruiser.
Apart from some top-secret locations that remained undetermined, positions like the bridge could still be identified.
On this map, a red area had been marked out for them in advance.
Their mission was to infiltrate this area and capture a thin, target man shown in the lower right corner of their display.
Though they didn't know why they needed to capture this thin man, it was an order from the commander.
What they had learned at the Goddess Academy taught them to unconditionally obey the commander's orders at all times!
"GO! GO!" The Black Knight mechs of the mech squad assumed combat formation.
The Black Knight mechs at the front were equipped with temporary alloy shields and wielded Black Knight lightsabers.
The Black Knight mechs at the rear raised two 36-barrel Gatling-style laser cannons.
Soon, resistance forces appeared along their advance route.
A mobile unit clad in powered exoskeleton combat armor attempted to assault the mech squad.
But compared to interstellar combat mechs, powered exoskeleton combat armor was as fragile as a biscuit.
First came a round of cannon fire, destroying all visible moving units, followed by the front row of Black Knight mechs harvesting the rest with their lightsabers.
The entire engagement ended in less than a few dozen seconds.
As they continued moving, they soon reached the bridge location.
When they blasted open the bridge doors, the scene before them left the leader of this mech squad feeling helpless.
"Sorry, but our Second Squad completed the mission ahead of schedule." Inside the bridge, a Black Knight Mecha Squad had already arrived and secured the target individual.
The first Black Knight mecha squad looked at the large hole violently blasted open above the bridge and could only shake their heads helplessly. They began cooperating with the second squad to evacuate with the target mission.
"Who are you people?!" Skinny Monkey, imprisoned inside a cage, shouted frantically.
The next second, he fell silent.
Because a Black Knight Mech had aimed its cannon at his cage.
If that cannon fired, his fate was all too predictable.
"Don't worry, you'll find out soon enough," the other party calmly said.
