Monday afternoon, college cafeteria loud with trays and tired students. Jae-min and Min-woo share a corner table, two trays, one stolen fry. Min-woo unlocks his phone and turns it toward Jae-min, pausing his lunch mid-bite.
"So," Min-woo said, "who exactly is this Seo-jun guy, and when do I get to properly meet the man responsible for last night's chaos?"
"He's a brand consultant. Twenty-six. Runs his own small firm." Jae-min pushed his food around without much interest. "Charming. A little too smooth, honestly, but that works in our favor."
"Works how, exactly?"
"He already thinks my relationship's on shaky ground. I told him it was complicated—that my boyfriend had unresolved history with an ex hanging around." Jae-min glanced up. "He's exactly the type to keep circling if he thinks there's an opening. And Jihan's already spooked from one photo. Imagine what a pattern of them does."
Min-woo raised an eyebrow, chewing slowly. "You're going to keep feeding him photos."
