Scarlett just kept looking at Violet as she didn't react to the name because she had known the name all her life
She had deliberately left Brooks out of her name because carrying her father's name openly would have made it easier for anyone to trace her past
Violet, however had discovered something much more important than the name
Scarlett slowly folded her arms
"Thank you for the discovery but don't you think I would know my father's full name?", she said
Violet's eyes brightened
"I know"
"Then don't sit down there and act as if you have just uncovered something I didn't know", she snapped
"Well, I know something different and I wasn't just talking about the name"
Scarlett went quiet instantly as Violet looked at her carefully
"So what did you find?"
Violet leaned against the steering wheel of her car
"Your father wasn't just some businessman whose company collapsed"
"I know that"
"Do you know that my father, Patrick Maguire, was one of his closest friends?"
