Scarlett looked at Madam Tracy with disappointment
"You just told her that?"
Madam Tracy held back slightly
Betty answered for her instead
"She just told me you spent a night here", she said firmly
Scarlett looked at her quietly
"And why did she tell you?"
She took a deep breath
"Why will she even tell you?", she added
Betty's eyes were filled with emotions
"She told me because I asked her"
"And why will you ask her?", Scarlett asked
"Because I just wanted to know"
"You wanted to know what and why at this time because it felt so coincidental", Scarlett said
Betty took a deep breath
"I just want to know if you had come back to the Maguire mansion and you can say that again that it was just a coincidence"
Scarlett let out a slight frown
"I just needed to know if you were really back in his life", Betty continued
Scarlett's expression hardened slightly
"But you could have asked Jude or even Violet"
