Well of Souls

In the future of humanity, horrifying eldritch nightmares called the Abominations came from outside reality to invade and consume the entire world. Civilisation collapsed in months, and humanity was pushed back into living in a few fortified cities under one banner. Even though they were vastly outmatched, humanity’s tenacious will and deadly technology helped them resist the world’s end for years, and that willpower had convinced God to finally act. Mana had become a thing, and people started being born with superpowers called Blessings which finally allowed humanity to be able to put up a decent fight and have a fair chance at survival. In this new age of magic and divine blessings, Dante wakes up with a cracked skull in the middle of the forest, all alone, without his memories, and being the only one to have been cursed instead of blessed. His curse, albeit powerful, held a horrific price. He was immortal.
