"I also remove Albus Dumbledore as Headmaster and promote Professor Sprout as Temporary Headmistress again SHUT UP" he yells when people start making a ruckus again "I OWN Hogwarts meaning I, and NO ONE ELSE, make the decisions now!"
"Now as for why I have done this is because under the rule of Dumbledore Hogwarts has, despite what many of you were told and believe, is no longer the top school of the wizarding world. In fact Hogwarts is ranked 8th and is considered a joke for the last decade in every ICW Nation other than Europe."
"But Hogwarts is the best school in all of Britain!" Yelled one random student
"News flash! Hogwarts is the ONLY School in Britain! Now it fails at being best due to this list. First History of Magic is taught by a ghost who ONLY speaks about goblin rebellions and speaks in such a monotone voice it puts people to sleep. Defense Against the Dark Arts has barely had any competent teachers in the last 30 years. Potions has fallen due to Snape's bias and his obvious unwillingness to teach. Though I do agree he is a great Potions Master he should not be teaching the younger years and I will get to that later. Muggle Studies is 60 years behind the times with the latest advancement being horseless carriages. Lastly Divination is taught by a drunk."
There were some mumbled agreements "But why isn't McGonagall Headmistress after all she is the Deputy?" Asked a Gryffindor
"That is because she has failed her duties as Head of House, in fact the same can be said about Flitwick."
"Flitwick is a great Head of House!" Yelled a Ravenclaw.
"He is a great teacher, so is McGonagall but both have failed as a Head of House. Flitwick fails because he has not dealt with nor noticed the bullying being done to Luna Lovegood. I say bullying but it would be better said as abuse. She has her clothes, supplies, and shoes stolen then when she is almost naked she gets locked out of the Ravenclaw common room. I have had to help her many times because she is walking around the castle barefoot in the cold." Flitwick levels a harsh glare at the Ravenclaw table and they begin to fidget and look down ashamed
"McGonagall who people claim is the most fair of all the staff is biased herself. In first year when myself, Ron, and Hermoine were caught out after curfew we all had 50 points taken a piece BUT Draco Malfoy who was also out past curfew only had 20 taken from him. Almost ALL of Gryffindor turned on us that year due to that and again she did nothing about it, so much for it the house being family. Then there was the outright dismissal when we told her that someone, though we thought it was Snape at the time, was after the Philosophers Stone"
"Philosophers Stone? What was that doing in a castle full of children?" Asked Amelia.
"Oh that was Dumbles fault" he began to sink lower in his throne "In first year Riddle was on the back of or DADA Professors head and the Stone was a trap set by Dumbledore. Though three first years managed to get past the traps meant to stop a Dark Lord with 50 years of experience. Not to mention the Cerberus on the third floor." Amelia levels a harsh glare at ol dumbles "I will give you the pensieve memories later." She nods
"In Second year she did absolutely nothing, none of staff did anything actually, about the bullying I suffered when I was accused of being the Heir of Slytherin and was accused of attacking other students. Despite the fact I found out I was the Heir of Slytherin later on I was NOT the Heir when the attacks happened. In fact if people bothered to think they would have realized my mother was a muggleborn and so was my best friend at the time. Not to mention I was in the Hospital Wing when Colin was attacked. Again I will tell you all about my adventures later."
"Then we come to this year. I am willing to bet that if I didn't claim my lordship's I would be abused just like in second year and I bet McGonagall would have done absolutely nothing. In second year I was verbally abused by the students and even hexed in the halls yet I got in trouble if I hexed them back while my assailants got no punishment at all." McGonagall had the decency to look down in shame as she thought of how badly she failed her one of her lions.
"After I exorcise Binns and Peeves I am going to ask the Sorting Hat to teach History of Magic since it has been around for a thousand years it can tell us a lot about Historic Events and perhaps about the Founders. If she accepts I will have Bathsheda Babbling take over as Head of House for Gryffindor. I will also be adding in certain clubs for students to join such as for Music, Art, and Literature. I will also be adding a Wizarding Etiquette class once I find a teacher for it and it will be mandatory for anyone raised in the muggle world just like Muggle Studies, when updated, will be mandatory for all who were raised in the Wizarding world. I don't want someone breaking the Statute of Secrecy just because they don't know how to blend in with muggles."
"Twelawney will have to stop showing up drunk or else she will be fired. Later this week I will be having some curse breakers come in to break the curse on the DADA position which should have been done years ago. Hopefully once these and a few other changes happen Hogwarts can move back up the ranks and not be laughed at in other nations."
"Now as for why I have the DMLE here it is very Sim-STUPIFY!" He strikes Moody with the spell without warning.
"Mr. Potter! I hope you have a good explanation for attacking a teacher!" Yelled McGonagall
"Of course I do. Hogwarts tells me that that isn't Alastor Moody but rather someone using Polyjuice Potion. She also states it was him who put my name in the Goblet and that the real Moody is locked up in a trunk. It's kinda funny how the wards around Hogwarts tell me there is someone under Polyjuice here yet Albus Dumbledore, who had access to the same wards, never once mentioned the Polyjuiced Moody" this caused people to glare at him.
"Another funny thing is the wards are telling me where each Dark Object is in the castle and also shows me that the wards to prevent Dark Objects from entering the school has been shut off the year Albus became Headmaster and are now crumbling and need of an update. Really makes one wonder why a Cursed Dairy, overflowing with Dark Magic, managed to be in Hogwarts for almost an entire year when the wards would have told Dumbledore where it was." He smirks when he see's even more people begin to turn on Dumbledore. Some Slytherins and a few Ravenclaws actually begin looking nervous when I mention knowing where all dark objects are. By then two Aurors have already taken away Fake Moody's flask and wand and have him shackled with Magic Restraining cuffs.
"Now it's time for a rousing game of Dumbledore Says! Where I will now point out what Dumbledore has said and then give the truth. Dumbledore Says he is the Leader of Light and to add proof to his claim he says Fawkes, the phoenix, is his Familiar. This is false as Fawkes is bound to the school and the headmasters would have him Flash Travel the headmaster on emergencies such as a student badly needing a professional healer." This caused a few more mumbles.
I then turn to Snape "Dumbledore Says Harry Potter was spoiled rotten by his loving relatives. False! I was raised by my Aunt and her Husband who absolutely despise anything to do with magic. I was made their house elf from the age 3 forced to do all the cooking, cleaning, and any other chore they could come up with. If I didn't do it I would be forced to go without food, though sometimes they wouldn't let me eat anyway and when they did it was scraps. If I did any real or imagined wrong to them I was punished. One time my Uncle took a belt to me because he blamed me for why he didn't get a promotion. My loving Aunt smacked me with a frying pan when I accidentally burnt some bacon when I was five and I went without food for 3 days. I thought my name was Freak Boy because that was the only thing I was called until I went to school at five and learned my name was Harry. On the first week of school I got perfect marks on my test and because of this I got the belt taken to me for cheating and using my freakishness to outdo Dudley since then I had to do all my cousins homework for him and also make sure I was bottom of the class or I would be punished." Now people were looking at me horrified at what I said.
"Isn't it just amazing how no one, especially not Poppy Pomfrey, noticed how malnourished and small I was. Nor did our school nurse ever come up with the long list of injuries I had when I was in the Hospital Wing. This Summer I went to Gringotts and I even had a Professional Healer examine me who even with the basic diagnostic charms found out a portion of the abuse I suffered. Luckily with certain potions I managed to get most of the damage fixed. Though I hid it all under powerful glamours since I didn't trust anyone at Hogwarts especially Ron and Hermoine" Now people were staring at those two wondering what they did
"Oh let's continue" He looks at Hermoine "Dumbledore says Harry needs guidance to stay on the side of light so I need you to report everything he does back to me so I can help him. Dumbledore says that Harry is just a picky eater and clumsy that is why he hardly eats and wears old clothes. Dumbledore says Harry is very shy and that is why he tries not to get to close to people and flinches when touched" He then switches to Ron "Dumbledore says Harry must not be burdened by learning too much so you need to keep him from over studying. Dumbledore says it is for the Greater Good that Harry does not have too many friends or else the fame may go to his head. Dumbledore says it's for Harry's benefit that you tell me everything so I can keep him on the right path. Though I guess the money was also a good motivator for being a traitor right Ron? How much of MY money did Dumbles bribe you with for you to betray me?" He then turns away from Ron and looks at McGonagall
"Dumbledore says now that Harry knows his fame you need to be a bit harsher on him so the fame doesn't make him arrogant. Dumbledore says it's ok to leave an infant on a porch in the middle of the night with only a blanket and a note. Despite the fact it was November and the young Harry Potter could have easily woken up and stumbled into the street. Dumbledore says Scars can be useful that is why he left me with mine. But it was never treated by a healer as I was taken immediately from the wreckage to the Dursleys. Dumbledore says I would be protected at the Dursleys. False again as I was abused from the very first day because I know that the moment Petunia found me I was shoved in the cupboard under the stairs and left there for two days until the stench became too much."
"Dumbledore says he did not know what the creature in the Chamber of Secrets was. False as all the portraits report to the headmaster and three of the attacks happened in areas of the castle with them. I am sure at least ONE of them saw a 60 foot long fucking basilisk in the halls! Not to mention Moaning Myrtle was the student killed 50 years ago when it was opened before and someone could have asked her. Dumbledore says he is my Magical Guardian. False even if he was he would have it revoked since he never once revealed his status as such nor did he tell me of my house, vaults, titles, or responsibilities as Heir to an Ancient and Noble House. But he was never my guardian since that belonged to Sirius Black. No Dumbledore just said he was and everyone believed it without any proof."
"Oh and here is a really big one. Dumbledore says he defeated Grindelwald." Dumbledore stands up and blast a curse at me but it dissipates when it reaches a foot of me and then he is restrained by the Aurors and Teachers hitting him with curses. As owner of Hogwarts no harmful spells can get within a foot of me while I stand within her "As I was saying this is a half truth. He let people THINK he killed Grindelwald without ever saying he did always saying defeated. He claimed an Order of Merlin First Class along with the reward money for killing Grindelwald. Grindelwald though is not dead in fact he is in Nurmengard getting three meals a day, has a fully stocked library to keep him entertained, has access to wizarding news, has House Elf's to take care of him. In fact the only thing he is suffering from is House Arrest as he can't leave Nurmengard."
"Amelia you can take him away and I will send you all the memories of certain events either tonight or tomorrow I will also be sending a copy to the ICW on the chance he manages to avoid punishment here" Amelia didn't hesitate to take him and the Fake Moody away after putting the magic restraining cuffs on him. "Well I think that is enough excitement for one night. You can all head back to your dorms" With that I turned and walked out the hall where once I was out of sight I canceled the disillusionment charm on the wand I switched from Dumbledore before he was taken away. The Elder Wand would always belong to Lord Peverell.
