Within the control zone of the "Revolutionary Army," tensions have become subtly different since the Revolutionary Committee started negotiations with the authorities.
Most members of the "Revolutionary Army" were the initial rioters, rebelling because they felt they could no longer survive, inherently hostile to the authorities. However, now that the Revolutionary Committee has begun talks, it has undoubtedly shaken the trust many had in the committee.
After all, the so-called Revolutionary Committee doesn't have much grassroots support. The initial rioters merely needed a leader, and the so-called committee just rose to the occasion.
If the Revolutionary Committee can handle the situation well and win everyone's trust, they can naturally build their foundation of rule over time.
