Zak (short brown scaled kobold warrior). Greets Thorzen.
Zak, Zen (tall brown scaled kobold warrior), Zet (small white scaled kobold scout/hunter), Zek, and Zel sent you three. Thorzen analyzes the three kobolds. Zak and Zen are level 6 warriors, Zet is a level 6 scout/hunter. Ray thinks, "I need to figure out how to improve their attributes."
"Athena, can I improve my clan members' attributes?" Asked Ray.
"No, not at this time. You need to reach level 10 and unlock more of your abilities." Said Athena.
"Ok, got it. I'm getting close to level 10. Thanks, Athena." Said Ray.
"No problem, Ray." Said Athena.
"Sorry, guys, I was just deep in thought. Our objective is the orc village. We will not be destroying it. I have a specific objective in mind. I will infiltrate the village and take care of some specific orcs. You, Three, and Prime will be my backup. You guys will hide in waiting and ambush any orcs that try to flee." Said Ray.
"Yes, chief, we understand." Replied Zak.
"Yes, Thorzen." Replied Prime. (Telepathy).
"Don't get me wrong; if the opportunity comes up to take control of the village, I will take it, " Ray said.
Everyone nods. They head west of the wall and follow it southwest. They spot many small creatures, but nothing is worth their time. Prime's huge presents scare the smaller creatures away.
"Haha, with you around, Prime, we don't have to worry about creatures attacking us. At least the smaller ones." Said Ray. The kobolds agree with Thorzen. Prime strolls forward.
Thorzen and company continue to head south, walking for another 45 minutes.
"We are getting close to the orc village. You can see smoke coming from the village. Prime, stay back to hide behind some trees. You three will hide by those bushes, " said Ray.
Ray transforms into an orc. "Prime ruff me up some." Said Ray.
Prime is hesitant to ruff his master Thorzen.
"Come on, Prime. It needs to be realistic. I need to look like I was beaten and escaped, " Ray said.
Prime nods and hits Thorzen on the right side of the face. Thorzen falls to one knee. "Damn! You hit hard, Prime." Said Ray. Thorzen stands up. "One more time on the left side." Said Ray. Prime hits Thorzen again. Thorzen falls to one knee. "Damn! That's good enough. How does my face look, Zak?" Said Ray.
"Your face is swollen, chief." Said Zak.
"Haha, good, it feels like it. Ok, hide everyone." Said Ray.
Thorzen walks towards the village. He begins to stumble, fall to the ground, and act like he's hurt. He does his act a few times before the orcs notice him. An orc from a watchtower spots Ray. The orc in the watchtower yells, "Intruder!" The orcs standing guard at the gate rush over with weapons drawn. "Who are you?" Yells one of the orcs. Thorzen falls on his hands and knees, then looks up at the orcs. The other orc looks at Thorzen. "Torac?" Thorzen nods his head yes.
The two orcs grab Thorzen and help him up. "Torac, we thought you died." Said the orc.
Thorzen shakes his head no. With a gurgled voice. "No, I almost died thanks to them blasted troglodytes." Said Ray.
"Torac, what's wrong with your voice?" One of the orcs asked.
"They tried to crush my throat!" Said Ray.
"Oh! Damn troglodytes!" Said the other orc.
"What happened to the rest of your group?" Asked the other orc.
"We got captured, and they ate the others. I only escaped because a Minotaur attacked their base.
I was able to escape at that time. I managed to kill many troglodytes on my way out." Said Ray.
"You must be exhausted. Let's get you inside, " said an orc. The orcs helped Thorzen inside the base. They took him to a large hut and placed him inside.
"You! Take care of Torac." One of the orcs says to a human female. The human female helps Thorzen to a bed and lays him down.
The two orcs leave. "I'm going to go and talk to the chief; you go back to the front gate, " said the orc. The other orc grunts, "Yes, Torax." He heads to the gate.
As Torax approaches the chief's longhouse, he runs into ten very robust orcs. "Torax, what's all the commotion at the front gate?" a very muscular orc asks.
"Torax has returned alone, Tormac." Said Torax.
"Alone! So the others died?" Asked Tormac.
"Yes! Damn, the troglodyte ate the others! I'm on my way to report to the chief." Said Torax.
"Where is Torac at right now?" Asked Tormac.
"He's at the infirmary." Said Torax.
"I wonder how he made it back?" Asked an orc named Temroc.
Torax explained to the ten orcs how he escaped.
"Wow! Damn troglodyte, they need to pay for what they've done." Said Tormac.
"Well, I must report to the chief." Said Torax.
"We will accompany you, Torax." Said Tormac.
Torax nods his head and continues to see the chief.
In the infirmary. Thorzen is in awe of the female human. "Who are you?" Asked Thorzen.
"Me? I'm mmm I'm Rosa." Said Rosa.
"How did you get here? In an orc village?" Asked Thorzen.
"I was an adventurer before. My adventurer team was on a quest in the area. When we were about to head back home, we got ambushed by these orcs, and I've been a slave ever since, " said Rosa. Rosa lowers her head and begins to cry.
"How long have you been with the orcs?" Asked Thorzen.
Rosa wipes the tears from her eyes. "Umm, five years, I think, " she says. Rosa begins to cry again.
Thorzen uses analysis on Rosa.
